Wow. All I wanted to do after a long day of work was come home and relax and play a little ME3. I start up my system and it says download a new patch. Now my game freezes every time I try to connect to the EA servers. I thought a patch was supposed to fix problems not make the game unplayable.

Well this seemed to do the trick, it's still running, even when I logged back in to Xbox Live, so I think it has to with the EA servers...

Workaround for me is to switch disks , every time i boot the game up it freezes at the connecting to EA servers screen , i have to switch off and change disks , it then works fine.

I'm an Italian player.

'I've paid 90 € for this game.

I wait 4 weeks to play the game because some monkey at testing dept. are not able to find an enormous bug that freeze the grissom mission at the loading screen.

Then I see a patch, and I 've think "Great is finished! I can play this game!".

No! Today as Easter Egg I found a patch that FREEZE THE GAME ON THE MAIN MENU!

I've played 10 hours and then is OFF again! Is UNBELIEVABLE!

I don't know if you really pay the people on your testing dept. or if they work for you as an hobby, and if they can read my post here (because I see that NO ONE from you tried to post something) but please with all my heart:

I don't know if is possible to have back my money for this **** game, but for sure for me BIOWARE is a dead game house, and I will no buy anymore other games with your brand on it.

im wondering maybe if ther epatching it somehow because i did notice in some online matches when throwing a grenade it happens 5 to 10 seconds afte ri hit the command

i also did encounter some glitch where ill be running then wham i right beside a wall

if you want garbage try the mk 2011 online.... they still never fixed it

same for the smackdown series the online is terrible

Same problem. It freezes when connecting to EA servers. Now that I'm seeing people with complaints about the patch after playing the first time, I can see that it's not just a glitch in the Resurgence Pack...which I waited hours for.

No big deal. They'll fix it, as usual, or lose a lot of customers, as usual...
On the bright side, I have something else to look forward to as I wait on "I Am Alive" to download.

locking up as well, rebooted 5 times and have 5 lock-ups... disk, cache has no effect... it's a bad patch

it worked fine when i downloaded it but i turned off my system cause it was lunch time


i came back and this bug is freezing up my game

i mean its no biggie because bugs do happen when something new is released but i hope it does get fixed really quick

If 4MB crashes the game at startup 100%... I shudder to imagine what the directors cut ending DLC will do when it´s out.

Same here. I was hoping the patch would have fixed the reave repeating sound bug and the biotic charge off-level bug, but after looking at the patch update list, neither of these seems to have been addressed.

Actually the free patch was working fine for me. I played last night after downloading resurgence and was testing out the new multi player content.

Then a little bit ago I turned on the 360 and started up ME3. It automatically downloaded ANOTHER patch... From that point on I can no longer start the game.

Freezes at connected to EA servers and all I can do is hard reboot the xbox with the power button. Not even exiting out of the game with the guide button and y works.

Wow, more issues. I'm stuck on the load screen as well. This is complete BS. I tried switching disks, still no good. I tried disconnecting the Internet and it loaded. I reconnected and tried to log on and once it tried to connect to EA it froze. I will give it 10 minute and try one more time...

I have the problem as soon as the game goes into checking for downloaded content. BOOM. Freezes and then nothing. Have to restart. Disconnected from the wireless, loads just fine. I cannot play multiplayer and have tried everything.

Update: After freezes and 9 restarts of the console, I actually got it to get passed connecting to servers and start.

However, exiting the game and trying again to see if the problem was still there caused it to freeze again.

I just unplugged my Ethernet cable, and so far single player is still going. Missing MP though

This problem is server side.

I downloaded the patch this morning and played just fine.

Exited about 1 hour ago and tried to play again and the game freezes at the connecting to EA servers part every time.

Whatever they did with the servers between this morning and this afternoon is the problem. People will try to deflect from this issue with misleading question liek asking you what model of XBox you have. This is nonsense. This error has nothing to do with what model Xbox you have. This is not harware related. It is a server side error caused by whatever they did between this morning and this afternoon.

put me on this list too, clearing the cashe does nothing, everytime i reload the update my game freezes at the "connecting to ea servers" screen
