I supremely doubt I'm going to get any help here, but hey, it's worth a shot.
So, last night I added $20 worth of Bioware points to my account (1600 BP, for those interested). I preceded to buy 4 DLC packs (Aegis, Genesis, Shadow Broker, and Alt. Appearance 2). Of those, all but the Aegis pack showed up in my list of purchased DLC, and after several hours I contacted EA Tech Support through their site, where they proceded to be supremely unhelpful. Apparently they have absolutely no record of me EVER purchasing ME2 DLC despite the fact that these 4 DLC packs were actually the last 4 I needed to complete my DLC collection. The only advice they could give me was to "wait a couple days" and contact them again, and in the meanwhile to post here.
Like I said, I'm positive I'm not going to get any help here, because I'm sure the devs probably abandoned these forums with the launch of ME3 and this is a technical support forum anyway, but I'm jumping through EA's little hoops so I can get my $1.60 peice of game. That being said, if a dev (or someone equally qualified to look at my account and assist me) decides to stumble upon this post, I'd love some assistance to restore my faith in the world of video game production even a little bit.

And, just so it's on the record, EA Tech Support actually gave me the link to this forum, so blame them for me posting here >.<
I'm just frustrated that EA's going to give me the runaround on an issue that could be solved by their giving me something that costs them literally nothing. It's not even a bit of DLC I particularly want, but I paid for it so I should damn well have it. I'm sick of customer neglect from these ****s.

Just like the description of the forum says, there is no Bioware here. There also are no more than a small handfull of readers any more. I never buy anyone's digital downloads of anything. There was no Bioware in here after the first patch.

EA's hand-puppets are liars any time they attempt to make game buyers believe this place has anyone in it to cover for their own ineptitude.

Well, like I said, I'm only posting here because they told me to, and I'm still suffering under the delusion that if I jump through enough hoops they'll care about their customers. If I manage to get this sorted I'll report back and let those few of you who still come here know what happenedGorath Alpha wrote...
