I've already reported this on ME3 general forums but didn't get any response from BW staff, maybe this forum is more apporpiate.

I hadn't any problems with the game to this game except from the IMPORTED FACES BUG, on Monday the game updated with the latest patch and still I can't import my ME1-2 characters correctly, the same faces than before the patch continue appearing....... Another problem (And I don't know if it's because of the patch) connecting to EA servers and authorizing DLC can really be a pain.

Is Bioware staff aware of these problems? Any official statement?
