Rum and ginger ale is a pretty good drink.
I slowly drink nice bourbon or scotch occasionally.
Mostly I drink craft beer, though.

Rum and coke, but it depends on the rum.
Baileys Irish Cream, light cream or half-n-half on ice
Long Island Iced Tea
Midori Sour / Amaretto Sour
Screwdriver

All kinds, but I love mixing cocktails.
My signature drink at the moment is the Adios Mother****er. I need to slow down on them though. Not because they're highly alcoholic, but because each one is like drinking a Big Mac calories wise.

Rum + Pibb is my favorite. Mr. Pibb is the only coke I like.

When I do partake, it depends on the meal and/or the mood, really.
I'm fond of single malt Scotch whiskies (Glenmorangie and Oban are delightful) and Añejo tequilas (Casa Noble and El Tesoro are quite good). Now and again, I like a good classic cocktail - a sidecar or a Vesper martini.
I enjoy sake as well, but getting anything other than the 3-4 brands they sell in my local area requires some finagling.

I've been sipping Glenmorangie scotch on occasion. It's some good stuff.

Oh, sure tequila. Me gusta mucho! I love it... But it usually have the awful effect of erasing my memory from the moment it kicks in, 'till the next day when I wake up with a terrible hang over and people start to tell me the incredibly embarrassing things I did in the previous night. Whiskey and beer never caused this to me, no matter how wasted I could get.

Carppy beer and wine that I make at home, because it takes less $$$ out of my wallit.

My drink of choice is Kilo Kai & Coke. Kilo Kai is a spiced rum that is way more vanilla and caramel than nutmeg and cinnamon, and mixes PERFECTLY with Coke. I like a strong drink, and while Captain tends to get astringent, Kilo is silky smooth.
I like Belvedere as far as vodka goes, but there are a lot of flavored brands popping up these days that are fairly decent quality. I used to pour a lot of tequila, but I'm not quite as fond of it these days. A good blanco is still nice, though.
I can't say I'm a huge fan of bourbons, scotches, or whiskeys, but as a bartender I tend to try things. I also like to cook a lot, so I've made some pretty good sauces with bourbons and whiskeys.
Anyone ever try the Japanese whiskey Suntroy Hibiki? I've heard stellar things.
EDIT: Totally forgot about wine. I like a good Reisling and on occasion a nice Eiswein. Reds are good to cook with, but I'm not crazy about drinkin' 'em.

Count me in as another Talisker fan. Laphroaig too. The older Macallans if someone else is buying.
But I'm more often found drinking martinis. That's gin martinis, mind. (I can't believe I have to specify that these days). Beefeater, maybe Tanqueray... never Sapphire, which is overrated and overpriced. Noilly Prat vermouth if you can get it.

I'm a bit of a beer monster myself. I do love a nice glass of red wine on occasion though. A nice Cabernet Sauvignon would be my favorite.
I don't drink alot of spirits or liquors except Vodka and Disaronno. A Disaronno and diet coke is rather nice I must say.

Most single malt aged whisky is nice.. but you know that saying 'Whisky makes you frisky'? mmm...
<<<<<<<
So I don't don't drink much of it..
I love Bacardi though and Courvoisier, but I am not really a drinker.... I don't mind the occasional beer in summer...
