Sometime in the last week or two I came across a great diagram showing cooldown at different percentages. I was suprised at the little difference there was timewise between the low 100's and 200. However, I didn't print it and now I can't find it. Does anyone know where I can find this again?

Thanks for finding this for me! The sweet spot appears to be about +130 to + 150. You do get better cooldown as you go higher but the benefits start leveling off.
