Oh sh*t moments -

Whenever playing Random-Random gold and you actually get a decent team versus Reapers. When you get to Round 10 and its a hacking objective, it makes you want to run and cry like a little girl. Last time I counted 2+ Banshees, Brutes, Ravagers, Cannibals, Marauders all within a 10 yard radius of the hack.

Like a boss ... -

Playing with a tech heavy team with Sabotage, Energy Drain + Overload. 5-6 Enemies spawn or walk into an area with all team-mates focused on them. The moment they come into range they are instantly fried by multiple tech bursts and damage. Pretty hilarious when you watch anything but a Prime drop within 2 seconds and even then, the Prime's shields are almost gone and he dies within another 10 seconds.

 When I had to do waves 3-8 by myself on gold because my teammates kept getting whiped out at the begging ..... I gave up on 8 and let 2 primes rape my face off .... Sorry Butt Face my batarian sentinel I punished you for the noobs we got paired with. Forgive me!

Well I had a wtf moment yesterday xD

FBWGG. Trying to do a quick farming match since I had my credits eaten so I can get a PSP. We finish the wave 10 deactivation objective and I promptly see most of my teammates drop dead. So I'm like "nope, we're going to finish this game."

I jump down the ladder and encounter a pyro; the only guy left. I got two shots into him but he had turned around and promptly fried me, so I drop, not even bothering to press 'A' since we got the credits anyway.

The Pyro's tank exploded xD

It was the most interesting way to save the wave of all time.

Most WTF moment:

First time I tried gold. Random/random and ended up against Reapers in Reactor (which I deeply hate). I have never been impaled by a banshee before, and I swear I had the same reaction you have when you watch someone getting hit on the b*lls in one of those stupid videos...

Most FTW moment:

Last saturday. Decided to plug mi mic for the first time, also the first time I played with a team all using mic, and even a girl And first time I soloed a wave on Gold. It went like this:
So, I wanted to join a random/random gold match and ended in the middle of hell: Firebase Reactor (did I already mention today that I hate that map?). Reapers (of course...). Wave 10 (oh God...). Someone must have ragequitted, so I took his place.

I immediately noticed 3 red outlines, 2 already with skulls with the 3rd bleeding out the second after I arrived. Bad.
They were in the reactor room. Very bad.
In the same room of an upload area objective. Very, very bad.
Almost at the end of the upload but with 18 seconds left on the timer.
And the screaming, God... Banshees. Many of them.
So I switched to my Cobra and rocket barraged the hell out of the reactor core with my first missile, the stairs coming in from the opposite side with another and used the last to clear a path from the drop point to the room.
Switched back to my Black Widow and heard one of the guys: <<dafuq?>>
I cleared my throat and... <<Cavalry's here, gentlemen!!!>> and headed in to complete the upload. Done.
Immediatlely after I hear this girl screaming in joy and shouting: <<It's the Alliance! Thank the Goddess!!!>>
and the other two going <<Woooooooooooo!!!>> and <<Hell yeah!!!>>.
I felt like a big damn hero:O, then proceeded to kite the remaining mobs around and murdered them one headshot after another, with my teammates cheering me with an <<ooooooooooo-OH-LEEEEEE'>> for every downed baddie.

Then the wave ended and we regrouped to beat the living s**t out of them raining rockets on them and dropping them like flies with headshots and powers. Full extraction.

God, best game EVER.

This happened to me last night. I promoted my infiltrator class, then went with Geth Infiltrator looking for a bronze game to level it up ( any location, any enemy, bronze ). Had no equipment applied, Claymore X, one point in cloak, one point in prox mine. Got to three different lobbies, but they would not ready up.

Try again, and I hear voices, so I'm joining a game on wave 2. Its firebase white vs Geth. I ask "What level are we playing?", the answer comes back "Gold". Me: "HOLY CRAP!" I told the guys that my criteria was set for bronze, and was sorry that I got suck in their game. All I could do was do grabs, fire the claymore from cover, and use my five rockets. We made it to wave 8 but only because the two infiltrators were great. I finished third, lol, with about 25 kills mainly because of the rockets when we were swarmed.

Boss moment.

Glacier/Reapers/Bronze

Playing with my Human Soldier, I see a Ravager wreaking havoc on my team mates, so I run up and save their bacon with a Heavy melee that kills the Ravager. Only the thing is now I have to deal with those damn swarmers, so I whip out my Cobra missile launcher and send them straight to hell, like a boss!!!

More funny and silly than anything else, but it was kinda funny when near the end of extraction this Banshee, still with her barriers on full, suddenly flash steps right in the center of the squad and my reaction is simply to heavy melee her. The blow lands and... "EXTRACTION COMPLETE! Well done!" Banshee gets autokilled by end of match, and I get full points for the kill with [Melee] Banshee in the bottom right. Banshee from full to dead with one heavy melee.

Aside from that I have nothing of particular badass to state, other than a few random sniper moments, like a no-scope one-shot double kill (one killed by a headshot), a one-shot triple kill on Guardians, a one-shot double kill on a Banshee and a Brute, random Phantom encounters.

There was one badass moment yesterday though. Gold match against Reapers, I see one unshielded Marauder exposed, and a Marauder right next to him in cover. I'm already cloaked. I killed the exposed Marauder with my sniper rifle, then immediately took cover and got a grab on the second Marauder. That felt pretty awesome. The Marauders never even got a shot off at me.

Admittedly, Bronze, but it was only three of us with no effective way to deal with Banshees at Dagger. We make it to extraction, but I derp figure it's the lower one and run out that way, right past the actual LZ, into oncoming Banshee and Brute boyfriend, turn around and hightail it back into the room. The Banshee is teleporting in too fast, and I know I can't missile her in time, but get it out anyway. She's on top of me as I fire it in her face, pure unadulterated panic, and I kill everything in the room, including the Brute. Casually walk out to the LZ where teammates are firing at Cannibals, oblivious to the impending doom I had just saved them from.

Gold. Banshee swarm all in a room nobody could seem to find their way out of. Was one of three biotics (human sentinel). It was all blue biotic explosions with the occasional full screen of a banshee, tons of rolling away, and after about 5 straight minutes of it all, we suddenly had the room clear up, the three of us standing, and wave complete.

Last man standing as a Drell adept against Cerberus on Firebase Glacier. Wave 10, 4 nodes. 2 were down before the rest of the team died. Had to deal with 2 phantoms, 2 Atlases...Atlas...Atli? Meh. Multiple guardians/centurians/nemeses and 3 engineers CONSTANTLY placing turrets in the worst spots. I managed to finish the objective and kill all of them without dying...somehow. After that, everyone rezzed and we led to a successful extraction.

This is how I felt.

I had a similar situation only with 1 node.

I felt awesome after that.

A good one for all us biotics: I stumbled into a lobby where we ended up going full biotic: 1 justicar, 2 asari adepts, 1 drell adept.

The enemy turned out to be the reapers... Let's just say they had a hard time getting up after those explosions. Every banshee that dropped in under 5 secs felt awesome.

Like a boss, asari justicar puts a bubble over my geth engineer and as the cannibals walk in I just melee spam the living s***t out them. The glory.

This is also my funniest moment, but since this happened on bronze it's more "like a supervisor" then "like a boss". Anyway...

As I'm playing my Batarian Soldier on Dagger I run up to the control room looking for the last few enemies of the wave and stumbled upon my two teammates fighting an Atlas that's stalking them around the central pillar. For whatever reason they couldn't seem to get past it's shields and didn't want to waste a missile. More importantly, the thing is just completely ignoring me as I stand there and watch. The whole scene looked like a Benny Hill skit minus the music. So I flick my mic on and in my best Stewie Griffin voice say "It's time for a sexy party!" before I proceed to run around it with them while blasting it apart with a combo of Ballistic Blades, shotgun, and a Batarian Falcon Punch to end it. Only bad part for me was either they didn't feel like getting their mics to respond, or they missed the reference since only I seemed to find it funny. Oh well.

A couple of days ago (before the whole locked out of MP thing), I was in a FB Giant/Cerberus/Gold match.  I believe the team was one AV, two infiltrators and AA (myself).

Anyway, ~20 sec. before extraction, 3 phantoms appear through the doorway near the extraction area.  Initially, I was looking to the right, and when I swung left, one guy was already down and a phantom was swinging the katana at a second guy (who didn't go down).  It was bad.  All I kept thinking was "don't insta-kill, don't insta-kill!"

I stasis the first phantom, then immediately shoot at the second one (with the 3rd player), which pressures the second phantom to hide behind a crate.  As the second guy is finishing off the first phantom and the third guy is reviving the first guy, the third phantom appears.  I stasis the third phantom before she can swing and then the second phantom when she comes out of hiding soon after.  Disaster averted.


Then an atlas walks through the doorway with 5 seconds left.  And kills me (and only me).  Still, it was a good partial extraction.

Saw my team-mate about to get impaled by a phantom, screamed "ELVIS IS IN THE BUILDING" in my mic and ran like a mad-woman across the map to heavy melee it. Actually didn't suicide for once and just casually walked away.

Other one was when I convinced my team to all switch to adepts and play a silver game (They were all new to the game, never done one). Decided to play extremely aggressive and kept running up on the banshees/brutes to throw my biotic sphere directly ontop of them. The resounding explosions and cackling of my team were worth the risk.

You know you can actually headshot two Guardians through their shields with a Widow, or Javalin too.

Like a boss

Firebase Giant. Only two of us remain. Squadmate eats it in the control room. I run up to rez him....right into a room with two phantoms, engineer, and a trooper. My stasis hits the phantoms and the engineer. I duck behind a console and grab the trooper. My biotics has cooled down so I warp the bubble. Explosion kills one of the phantoms and as the other two are standing back up, a shot from my widow goes through both of them. Like a boss.

Human Sentinel, Gold, On Noveria. My entire team is dead dead during Wave 9 and all we're surrounded by Phantoms. I'm low on ammo with one rocket, used my medgel and by sheer luck ran out of there past the Phantoms and ended up face to face with two guardians and an assault trooper. I just kept running and trying to kite them into some sort of group to use a rocket on them. Then, at the top of the ladder opposite the LZ they just kinda ended up grouping together I was heading for the LZ for the ammo drop up the ramp to the side) and I saw the grouping and got all of them except one assault trooper who was at like 25% health. Had just enough bulletts to put him down.
Sadly we all died before extraction when we got swarmed by Phantoms and an ATLAS like 50 feet from the LZ.

One of my WTF moments was actually caught on film by my friend as ATLAS mechs just kept coming up the ramp on Noveria in another match as if there was a ATLAS factory in the LZ:

Another Boss Moment, waiting for extraction on Hydra, one of my team went down and was about to get stomped, I had a rocket ready for an ATLAS down the map and just pivoted towards her and fired. She said the guys foot was in the downward motion when the rocket took him and his buddy out. Then my other friend was able to swoop in and revive her while I fired my last rocket on the ATLAS.
