I purchased a Premium Spectre pack for 240 MS points. I hit "Comfirmed Purchase", waited for it to take, then hit B to return to the ME3 Multiplayer Store; it said "Cannot connect to EA Server", and then locked up.
I returned to the xBox dashboard, then started the game again. ME3 would lock up when connecting to the EA servers.
XBox Live did update ME3 earlier that session.
Later, it allowed me to connect, but there was no Premium Spectre pack. My MS points were taken, though.
How do I get my Spectre pack?

Same thing happened here, but i didn't spend MS points just creds. my game showed me the items in the pack but were not available in my inventory, specially the harpoon gun. i restarted my system hoping to fix it but still, no go. funny thing is that it still shows my creds before the purchase, but now i cant buy anything, all i get is to contact customer support if problem persists.
