Everything was great until your last game Update; I run my game, and I'm asked to download this update. When it's done downloading the game restarts, and in the main screen I press "start", then the next menu appears, It starts loading, and when it says that it's "Connecting to the EA servers" the entire console crashed. This was in fact caused by the update, because If I clear the "System Cache" (Delete ALL game updates) then run the game declining the update, the game runs normally.
I need quick support before I really decide to return my copy of this game that has been only a pain in the ***, and that's a fact, the game is awesome, but combine the endings, with me being lagged out of ALL my multiplayer games (At advanced waves) for 2 entire hours, and then not being able to run EITHER discs is getting my nerves, are you actually going to help me?

UPDATE! There's another post below with EXACTLY THE SAME problem, but it has several DOZENS of people, fix this BioWare, and give us answers, you are just loosing your good reputation all over.
