This ending is the worst ending in the history of endings since humans first learned to tell stories and will always be so.

You have too much faith in humanity.

No, but I'm becoming rather apathetic about the whole ordeal.

I'm starting to accept it again. Funny, I'm actually liking the Catalyst also..maybe I need to re-watch the ending again.

I wouldn't be that upset with the Catalyst if it turned out to be Harbinger the whole time so then I'd know it was lying and I could defeat it once and for all.

At first, I thought it just sucked.

Now, I'm pretty sure it's a black hole.

I've gone from hating it, to really hating it, to being less angry about it, and now back to really hating it again.

It's still a piece of ****, and there is nothing 'art' about it.

I see Vincent Van Gogh's work as pretty terrible, does that make him not an artist?

See how subject that sounds. Yes, to them this story made perfect sense and to them it was art. To us, it's bad because it makes little sense and I'm sure in some new IP this ending would of been just fine - it's bad for ME3.

Ok

ME3's ending is still **** though.

Nope. I head-cannoned it away the very next day and that head-canon still stands.

Nope. I just beat the game for the second time, and I think I actually hated the ending more the second time than I did the first. I still very much enjoy everything until Shepard lands on Earth. After that it's all downhill.

I could live with the differently coloured cutscenes... However the rest of the ending, the conversation with the reaperleader and lack och closure and a better understanding of what realy hapend?

When I bought ME3 I suspected some questlines and choices and world changing events might get lost in the ending but it was worse than I expected. The ending was more like something you would expect from a spaceflightsim shooter with a cliffhanger for the next installment of the series... Is it a cliffhanger?

No. I've now replayed it, and it still sucks. I have, however, come to accept that we might not see it fixed, and jotted down some notes on how to make the clarification make a little more sense, and work better as closure.

Well, I don't think it's the WORST ending I've ever seen.
Knights of the Old Republic 2 still holds that title, in retrospect. The pain is gone, but it's still an ugly wound.

Thats more of the B movie effect than anything else.   You also need to be really drunk and with friends mocking the entire exchange.  If you have two robots and a movie theatre please proceed to video tape said exchange.

I used to absolutely hate the ending. After some time and subsequent playthroughs, my opinion has somewhat changed. I now only strongly dislike the ending.

Absolutely not. The more I think about it, the more frustrated and angry I get that they actually let it slip out in such a state. They sold me an unfinished game for 80 bucks. Certainly the best unfinished game I've ever played but the ending ruined everything.
