I can only assume that you haven't noticed the other threads pointing out the freeze problem.

So, I thought I would lend a hand and make this thread for you to respond in.

Apparently they're working on a third patch (thought they haven't yet revealed what exactly the patch will address). While it would be nice to heard updates about this on the forums, it's nice to know they are still working on it.

Got it working after repairing the installation and applying new patch.
But now the problem is when I start the game, it just freeze.

I can't believe it!

Update: Just deleted the profile, and it started fine.

I have the same issue when I'm trying play mass effect 3 freezes in earth logo.I tryed system cache and i deleted my profile and download again and nothing :/

welcome to "black hole" hell. check the 92 page thread, there is a fix there.

I've had an issue with ME3 freezing as well. Both during the campaign, especially in the citadel, and more annoying during multiplayer. It happens often enough that it's irritating as hell.

Apparently they're not allowed to give updates on anything that goes on with the company. The federal government could take a lesson on these guys.

Dropping by. Just got 2 freezes in a row while playing multiplayer (during extraction mind you). Kind of a problem. I tough it'd be better to join an existing thread then create a new one. Any idea what might cause this?

Everyday I have to repair installation and download some kind of little patch to be able to play.

Otherwise, If I don't do it, masseffect3.exe will keep running in process manager, but won't start.

PS: This began to happen after a origin update. So now, I'll need to run it (origin and ME3) as administrator or nothing will happen.

Does anyone have a fix that doesn't involve me putting my profile on a USB and using a computer program and all that ect. I'm frozen on the earth screen, black screen after Earth to be more specific, this is so frustrating you'd think someone would make this a priority....oh wait Mass Effect and BioWare logic, forgot where I was for a second
