#1. Does switching connection method get you to connect to EA Servers (IE, if you're on wireless and you go wired does it work or viceversa)?
#2. If this does/doesn't work can you use speettest.net - ping the closest location to you and post the location used/upload speed/download speed?

*Update*
We have narrowed down this issue but are still looking for some answers from those encountering this issue. If you are still crashing please answer the following:
Which Country/City are you in?
When you crash/lockup are you able to press the Xbox main button to bring up the dashboard?
When you crash/lockup are there any animations still playing/text scrolling/anything moving on the screen?
If you unplug your ethernet cable are you able to continue into single player?

We are aware of the issues people are having when connecting to the EA Servers.
We are currently investigating this and if this issue is happening to you it would be greatly appreciated if you could post in this thread with the following information:
- Origin ID
- Gamertag
- Have you modified any files within the Xbox previous to the patch installation (SP or MP)?
- Did you notice any odd behavior/flow when installing the patch?
- What time did you start crashing?
- Are you still crashing (please check right before you post)?
We are aware that some users are getting back in and we are monitoring this very carefully. If there is something you feel is relevant to our investigation that you encounter please post it.
