When you crash/lockup are you able to press the Xbox main button to bring up the dashboard?

absolutely! since the ending is getting expanded upon at least I just view it as another cliffhanger. THIS however, being unable to play, is unacceptable. its something that should be fixed within 24 hours of it happening.

My CE edition is still unplayabe --- and it only works when totally off XBL and EA servers.

the problem there i have its the next. i started the new update and my xbox restarted normally, but when i tried to start my game play only can see a black screen just after to see your EA logo, i tried erase everithing and play offline but i have the same result, only can play whit other gamertag, this happen until that date an now i have the same problem, i wanna play and need your help, and too i wan ask u if u have some workers to can speak with me in spanish because im mexican.

Seriously, have they ever fixed this? Its almost instantaneous, soon as you try to log in it will automatically freeze.

It's been over a week and still it is a no go with being able to play. Is the fix going to take three weeks to pass certification before it goes live? Nothing beats DRM coupled with closed system certification for a positive consumer experience. I'll just log this current issue to my running list of how DRM hurts the paying consumer and in turn hurts the business employing DRM.

And now we're we are on the cusp of the ECDLC release and I still can't play the game. Over two months and still no fix. Thanks for the epic failings, BioWare. I'll watch the EC on YouTube I guess, but no matter what it does, it won't repair this relationship.

oooo but my game crash with the first dlc  maybe im in the wrong thread but why others players coment have the same problem, and if you know sometigh or were i can fixe my problem i was so grateful

i'm really, really getting mad. i tryed all, once it worked,  next time that damn message appeared again. i spend this all that damn money for this???? you wanna cut off who get this game used by using that damn code for multyplayer. u ask u ask, u pretend u pretend, we give u money  and what we receive in exchange is a damn game that don't work, a damn game that is full of bug. you really don't deserve our money for what u give us. i'm really pissed off, this is another time who us, simple and honest players are f****d by the money focuses minds. game so high priced, dlc that costs 1/6 of the whole game and add 5 minutes of play, and all fully bugged. that's what we buy, incomplete and bugged games. really pissed off, fix this mess and prove to deserve our money.

-No Modifications
-No odd behaviors from my xbox or while installing the update.
-It started crashing since 6/7 and happens everytime since. Tried all fixes while another account works fine.
-I am still freezing directly before the "press start" screen or the second I sign into my profile from within the game.

Dashboard doesn't show if press y
can access SP, stuck at the start screen

No modification on my file.
It started acting up this afternoon around 12pm.

The problem with mine is that as soon as I signed in on my xbox live account it freezes.
I deleted my mass effect 3 installed game to see if it changes but nothing so far. Help pls.

I bought the CE and within two weeks after release I was unable to play the game. My Xbox completely freezes after first initial loading screen showing the burning planet. I was asked to start a new gamer profile and tag but considering the amount of money and work I would have to put into it I opted for waiting this issue out.

Have they still not sorted this issue for people who can't get a workaround to fix the issue? This must be affecting an insane minority of users for them to have not reconciled it yet.
