 After clearing cache, moving N7 preorder pack and online pass off my hard drive, I still locked up.

Tried to access game through the XBox/ dash menu, selected Play Mass Effect 3...and it loaded OK.
Hope this works for others.

A friend also went into his quickplay and said he opened from there w/ success; I can't confirm this but worth a try...maybe selecting from the Mass Effect disc on the main screen causes the lock up?
