Is it? It might be for me because they're just polishing a turd instead of rewriting the whole ending. Also I'm expecting Dragon Age 3 to flop and i'm not really optimistic about it because of Dragon Age 2 so they'll still try and appeal to the CoD masses.

yup.

ME1 was the first, M3 is prolly the last.

i might buy another ME game bioware makes for the next gen console, but i really would rather ply something that resembles ME1, instead of whatever fad bioware would at the time be trying to fit into.

depends, i dont decide to buy or not buy a game simply by the developer/publisher. I watch the trailer, read a bit about gameplay, and weigh that against my monthly gaming budget.

So I may and may not, depends what games they plan to release in the future

im sure ill rent some of their games, like i did with kotor and DA, even tho the stories were good i cant stand the gameplay for more then one run. bt i might buy another ME game bioware makes for the next gen console, but i really would rather play something that resembles ME1, instead of whatever fad bioware would at the time be trying to fit into.

As much as I have distaste for some elements of the game, no, it is not. In my opinion, Bioware's worst game will still be more enjoyable than many games in the market. Bioware has me on a leash. Whether they pamper or abuse me, I'll hesitantly admit I'm still here.

That doesn't mean I'm going to shove as much money at them as I had been before.

No. Bioware are still the best in my books. I've seen a trend lately: Game comes out, people rage, often exaggerationg. The ending wasn't trilogy-killing. Hell, it wasn't even game-killing. You guys just gotta learn to cope. Here's a quote from Bungie, the team behind halo. (not word for word)
"We're making the game that WE want to play"

Goodness no, I've played their games since Shattered Steel Yes I'm dating myself now lol I still have my copy of MDK2 for dreamcast they have a track record of excellence through the years. Heck 99 percen of ME3 is great. So I'll still buy there games and enjoy them while others sit on the sidelines and miss out.

No. The Dragon Age team makes their games just for me. It would be rude to not buy them.

But anything from the ME team will be heavily scrutinized in the future, and I have no plans to ever support the groups outside Edmonton.

Of course, until the situation with the ending is addressed, I won't be purchasing any EA/BioWare or franchise-related products.

I can't believe this "LOL ITS JUST MAKING A PILE OF **** BIGGER." Excuse. They're trying to FIX what they created. You haven't seen ANY of the DLC yet, so you should have no right to complain about it. Seriously folks, all you do is complain just to complain. Just because AngryJoe says its gonna suck, doesn't mean it will. We're all human beings here.

This past month i've been shown just how little EA and Bioware care about its customers. I can't say i'll never ever buy anything from them again, but i'll certainly never pay day one prices for buggy unplayable games.

Well, It really depends. I wasn't to happy or upset with the ending of mass effect 3 and some of their past games haven't ended well but I still get their games because they usually give the players a nice ride. (maybe not a good end but its w.e) The thing that made me go from full support on them is that they Lied to the players and are in denial. Now I'm back to half supporting them on this. I'm just going to wait a few months once this mass effect deal is settled a bit. You never know Bioware may end up admitting their mistakes, and think of some things they can do to counteract their previous mistakes. In the end Bioware is one of the best companies out there. Atleast they are actually some what listening to the fan base. Most companies say they are and just shrug us away.

For now yes, I one day perhaps. The botched face import (which is not totally fixed by this patch), and the way Bioware has handled it soured my taste for this game since the midnight of its launch.

For now, I'm done with EA/Bioware. No SSX, no KOA DLC (for EA), no ME3 DLC or Dragon Age or anything else. TOR sub has been cancelled as well. One day that may change, but as it stands I can't even stand to have their products on my shelf.

Hardly... Even with the disappointment that was DA2, I will still very likely give DA3 a try in the hope that they realized their problems with DA2.

ME3 was a GREAT game... I am not the type to let a single lackluster moment make my entire world come crashing down.

Well, unless the dlc really fixes the plot holes at the end people won't be happy about the "extended cut".

I am unsure at this stage. right now I am weighing in closer to no, but depending on the direction BioWare takes, it may go the other way. Too soon to tell.

I wish I could go back 15-20 years when you didn't have problems like this with retarded companies like EA and Activision buying out independent game companies. Games used to be bad ass and it wasn't about the money. It used to be about the fun.

One reason I can't wait for the whole human race to be destroyed. We just have to be too damn greedy! We deserve nothing better

It's always possible that this isn't true. But right now? Yes, absolutely.

The BIoware logo is defined by that awful half hour at the end of London and their responses afterwards.

No more EA games, that's for sure. I might let Bioware go though if they split.

They've lost my trust in their writing ability with the ME3 ending debacle and have completely lost me with their PR stratergy, I'll not touch another bioware product/afilliated merchandise after this. The only thing preventing me from going back to EB games and getting a refund on my CE is that they only refund on issues like actual damage to the discs/case/missing promotional material etc. not "I didn't like <x> about title <y>" as in my case.

And I really wanted one of those N7 hoodies, too :(

I'm not boycotting the company... If the next game they release turns out to be decent, I'll buy it. Of course, my expectations won't be through the roof like they were for Mass 3.
