Is Mass Effect 3 going to be the last Bioware game you buy?

Why? Biowares statement about the DLC is already 100% clear on this point, they're not fixing anything, they're just going to throw some cinematics at the game and say "here's a fix" wich is just another way to say F-U to the customers. It's a show for the audience (journalists) so it will seem like they're listening to their customers when in fact they are not, it's called damage control.
More accurately, it's saying F-U to the particular group of upset customers who didn't like the entire concept of the endings. The folks who have been complaining about not understanding what's going on and the ones who think they understood what was going on but really didn't will be served by the EC. Even the "happy ending" folks might get what they want if they can stomach the Red ending (at least, that's what I inferred from a tweet; could be wrong).
As for what percentage of the disgruntled fans are in each group..... beats me.

Would I buy another Bioware game in the future? Definitely. But would I buy it right at launch day? Possibly. In the past it wouldn't be a question but for the future, it will be different. Nonetheless I don't want Bioware to go under and pull a Shenmue on us and not give us the next installment of Dragon Age!

I think it's ridiculous and immature to wish Bioware any specific ill will or want the company to go down just because of the uproar over ME3. One can only hope they learned some valuable lessons about what happened with the bugs and everything else and make a better game down the road.

money hungry, arrogant companies, never learn anything. and when they do, is way too late. when a company looses it's trust from the costumers, it is like a broken glass, trying to glue the pieces together.
i think that the Bioware we knew once, the company that made some great games, with great stories, where the player's choices mattered. no longer exists.

I agree but that is to be expected when a company grows or gets acquired. Just like you're not going to get the same kind of service with a mom and pop store versus a commercialized behemoth (or if the mom & pop store becomes that behemoth), you're not going to get the same level of quality when companies like Bioware get eaten up. They have different types of pressures to deal with, different bosses to answer to many of them obviously concerened about the bottom line, unrealistic release schedules, and dressing up their earnings reports. When it inevitably comes to that, the rest of the story is pretty obvious.
But would videogames in general be better if Bioware goes under? I'd bet you it won't

In other words, I've gone from a 100% certain customer to a potential customer, and it's all to do with the underhanded marketing tactics employed by Bioware/EA (like the tie-in of multiplayer with single player, and the fact that not all single player content is available without playing multiplayer, contrary to what Bioware employees have been claiming). This, in addition to the shocking drop in quality of writing with the ending of ME3 has eroded my trust in what has long been my favorite game producer.
The experience has tought me to be more careful with Bioware titles, and not preorder, or rush into the store on the release day. If the ending to ME3 is properly fixed, which I'm pessimistic about, then I'll be buying future ME3 DLCs too. If not, then I'll skip on them.

That said, I'll probably go lighter on the ME3 DLC than I planned on being, and whereas before I would have definitely given an ME MMORPG a chance previously, I may not now. It's not that I think the quality will be any different than before, it's just that I'm a little turned-off the Mass Effect series by ME3's ending.

A: I can not say for any certainty on ME3 will be the "last" game, but I can say with 100% certainty that ME3 was the last collectors editions pre-order I will buy from these hacks.
Other then a few moments of joy during the Tuchanka mission (and getting back together with Garrus again) the rest of the game just felt like I was going thru the motions -- I had zero emotional connection with anybody this game.
And the one person who I absolutely hated in ME2, Jack, who I thought was shown really decent emotional growth, was nothing more then a bunch of cobbled cut-sceens.
ME1: Hey, you have up to 6 squad mates to recurit. Players: Yo' BioWare.. 6 may have been a bit limited, perhaps a few more? ME2, hey we listened to you, here are 12. Players: BioWare... a few more from 6 isn't 12. Ok, how about this, can we get 8-9? ME: Hey, we listened to you, you only get "6" squad mates again...
