Unlike so many of the problems I see my game is authorising (after I convince it to connect to the EA servers anyway. Normally takes 1 try to do that) the DLC but it just doesn't appear in the game.

I beat the entire game without getting a message to go to Eden Prime and now I have no access to the new maps in Resurgence.

I have the N7 collectors edition and all that content (bar From Ashes) loaded fine and I'm still able to play online after the patch. Just From Ashes and Resurgence don't have any effect once I'm actually in the game.

I've tried, "check for update," and, "repair install," (on main game and DLC) and just deleting it and re-installing.

It's becoming a pretty big issue which, unfortunately, rests with the EA servers. It seems to have something to do with EA Serves de-synching with your account content. I don't entirely understand how this works, but the only way to resolve the issue is by contacting EAHelp and getting an admin to 'reset' your account and 'reauthorise' the associated DLC.

It's a huge pain and no one is entirely sure what causes it.

Hmmm, I'm not having quite the same problem as the people in that link.

The game has always (and still does) recognise the installation of the DLC, I just don't actually get the content in game. I've this problem with From Ashes since launch. And I don't have the online pass issues or any of that stuff.

Still, I sent an e-mail to the one provided in that thread! Thanks!
