Bought a PS pack and lost EA connection while it was opening.

and I never got the items. Worst part it was with Microsoft points and I was still charged. So, any help or am I boned out of the 3 bucks?

I tried contacting EA customer support using the chat feature. It did not go well. I don't want to be rude, but does any one know when a good time to call them so I can talk to some one who speaks English. I had a very difficult time trying to understand the rep I was connected with.

Call that number during normal business hours. They can confirm if your purchase attempted to go through and possibly give you your stuff. If you are like me though, the purchase didn't get to their logs and they can do nothing for points, you have to call MS.
