My xbox locks up while playing Mass Effect 3 now. The lockups take place at unpredictable intervals...once it locked up exactly as it connected to the server. Once I was able to play for about an hour. They occur in both multiplayer and single player.

Each lockup causes the image on the screen to freeze, and creates visual artifacts resembling a series of vertical checkerboard patterns of white dots. If I restart the xbox too quickly, it fails to boot. If I give it a few minutes, it seems fine...until I run the game again.

I'm all right with not being able to play multiplayer until they fix the issues. But I'd really like to finish my second playthrough of single player.

Anyone else having this problem? Any fixes out there?
