Long story short I was clearing room on my hard drive as I had ran out of space when trying to install a game. I was getting pretty thorough- but apparently I deleted my resurgence pack download. I didn't think anything of it since I would just download it again. And I did. But when I went to play online all of my characters/items were gone and all of my characters weapon loadouts had been switched to the default. Is there anything I can do to get my stuff back or am I just SOL? Thanks in advance.

Try this by reinstalling the content, just download it again (but priorly delete the one already installed), If it doesn't work, don't worry, your items are registered in the EA servers, in other words, EA (or at least the computer) knows you have the content. As soon as they fix this bug, you're good to go.
