I just downloaded the resurgence pack (which auto downloaded when i started mass effect 3) and it offers a Premium Specter Pack in the store (in multi-player) for 99,000 credits, but when i try to purchase it, it says "one or more of your purchase failed to process. If this error continues to appear, contact customer support" .. only problem.. i don't really know where customrer support is.

#1: here
#2: You can join a match after it already started. You know, if someone leaves. Something tells me you're new to MP.
And don't just post random new threads. Make them only if there isn't one already about your problem. Chances are if you make a new one, nobody will respond to you.

more or less new to multiplayer .. mainly just play in co-op games with friends in other games. but as for mass effect 3 .. played through the campaign in about a week. and have been doing multiplayer since. .. so i'd say more or less yeah new to multiplayer...
i know some people have joined games i've been in after they have started, when someone else left, but don't know how they do it. or if it's random or ..what. goes on .
still not sure how i got into a game without ever hitting an ok button ..

Welcome to the club.
I lost 60,000 last night and had a Premium Spectre fail to purchase tonight. I imagine that money will be gone when I restart. I am glad I don't pay real money for these packs.

After talking about tech support for about an hour, it seems that EA/Bioware designed the way multiplayer credits and purchases are handled in such a way so that any technical support is impossible, even in principle (unless you spent real money). Evil genius. Those credits are gone for good, and there is nothing tech support can do for you.

Isnt it a lovely system, and you will NEver get a response from tech support, because it is a big joke on us.

I contacted live chat a few times about this, and what they said varied: either "no record of your purchase found", which doesn't terribly surprise me if it didn't work properly but isn't helpful in any way, or "wait 8-10 days for a refund", only when you try after these they still don't give you a refund, or the old classic, "we are working on the problem". Worst was "reinstall the game" or no reply at all, just long silence.
I liked the old live chat better when it was staffed by actual EA support guys that usually knew what they were talking about and didn't make up pointless suggestions when they had no idea what the problem was like this outsourced support in India now.

I found an imperfect workaround at least.
Just buy the basic pack first, if it fails, you only lose 5k credits, so you can restart the game and try again.
