I promoted 2 characters during Operation Raptor and didn't receive any awards for it. So I contacted support. They opened a ticket. Now it tells me "problem solved" but I still don't have any of my gear.

Reading the forums people talk about how they lost the ability to get those packs from other events after a certain amount of time (http://social.biowar...10855035-1.html) so I'm hoping it can be fixed sooner rather than later.

Talked to tech support. The guy made it sound like that is an issue that hasn't been addressed. When I asked 'what happens if the expiration date lapses while I am waiting for a fix?' he said something along the lines of 'I'll have to bring that to the attention of my supervisors'. This was an hour in, having never mentioned that there could be anyone higher up that could do anything about any of my problems.

I don't think we'll actually get these packs.

Combine this with the store bug, and you have a real case that these packs are really just quantum mechanical objects that have some non-zero chance of not existing.

bump for same situation. haven't gotten my packs yet. missed out on my victory packs as well but im not fussed over that

Yeah I've given up on those packs, they said "Next Week" Last week and no updates since then, we don't know how their testing is going, we dunno if we can still get the packs before they expire, we haven't heard anything official about it since then, kinda sad really, I have to say though, I've lost my interest in me3 because of things like this :/

You people are visiting the same forums as I am, right? Yesterday they locked the discussion thread in the MP forum, saying "we're still working on the fix, no ETA" (not direct quote).

same problem, i just shot a Case file to ea's missing content area. should hear an email back within a day.

Same problem. I didnt promote any characters on PC but i should still get one pack i believe. I promoted 4 on 360 during that weekend and nothing on either system. I don't think people should have to suffer because of a minority. I don't think we'll ever be seeing these packs. lets face it, bioware/ea have bigger things to worry about. Typical

I believe they've yet to release the packs coz of existing exploits.

I don't mind a delay as long as they keep us updated. They said 'by next week' and it's already coming to the end of that 'next week'.

@a9fc Yeah, but now you won't get the content that you unlocked. You're not getting anything because they put time limits on it, then let the clock run out to punish everyone, not just the exploiters.

Yeah this. They probably had no intention of doing it because they lose money if people use that exploit and money is more important than all the players that have to suffer.
