How about this:

The Reapers Vs The Tyranids.

Who would win?

hows that even fair? the tyranids comes from a universe that makes everything in the ME universe look like children playing with sticks and stones

I mean they have to deal with immortal daemonic hoards and insane undead themed terminator robots that have technology that would make the reapers cry with weapons that blow up stars with the push of a button and even more OTT version of the death star amongst other things

The Reapers don’t play fair. So why not stack the deck against them?

the reapers dont play fair but what I was saying is the reapers would get smeared into paste by the multiple galaxy devourering space bugs with critters as big as the reapers themselves

And the rest of the galaxy as well don't forget. Too bad Bioware would never make a spin off DLC with Tyranids invading the MEU.

Those Reapers would be every, every....

The problem with that is Indoctrination is half baked Psionics... Hell you really think the Reaper's Brainwashing technique is gonna somehow overrule the Singular hivemind that commands Quintillions of Tyranid Swarms?

The Reaper's will be lucky if the hivemind does Mind **** them for even trying.

What about the Q continuum. That would pose such a mental breakdown for reapers? They would try and try and then all Q would do is snap his fingers and the Reapers would be doing the maccarana

This point has been made before. Star Wars, Star Trek, and countless other science fiction sources have dealt with intergalactic, interdimensional, and time travel. Only Roddenberry's world has beings who are able to alter all the above at will. One of the Q Collective is enough to render the Reapers irrelevant. One would likely be enough to make the Force stop working and the Borg just dissolve into nothing, as well.

Oh you did NOT just go there!

The abilities of the Q is insignificant next to the power of the Force.  The Force is the God of the SW universe, Q is godlike, but not the God, his powers have limits.

Yet Q in every other universe without a supernatural entity is just OP.

The force wasn't powerful enough to spare us the prequel trilogy. Besides, now that The Force was essentially reduced to microbes, Q would now have a tangible object to snuff out. Force extinguished.

And Q prevented the crap Star Trek movies?

Ugh, midiclorians, where to begin...  are they the force? or are they a measurement of it.  I believe it's the latter.  Anyways, the Force is literally everything in the Star Wars universe, only the people who try to harness it are limited in power.  I doubt Q can destroy a universe, especially one with a universal and near omnipotent entity such as the Force.

No, he didn't. I guess everyone up to JJ Abrams has more power than the continuum. But nothing has quite the same lore-destroying impact.

Voyager could brute force a 168,000 bit lock in less than nine minutes. It would take most super computers millions of years. STU scanning and cyberwarfare is also much more precise and powerful, not to mention transport technology.

Without access to a Relay with only two-way capability, FTL capabilities of Reaper forces are like a Model T to a Ferrari in comparison to the Borg, who can go to 9.9 times the speed of light.

One Borg cube can withstand barrages of photon and quantum torpedoes while also under constant phaser fire from a small armada. The Reapers have... high-velocity molten metal.

The Borg are an amalgamation of cultures from a mere QUADRANT that is more volatile, diverse and advanced than the entirety of the MEU galaxy.

Honestly, this is like imagining the Master Chief squaring up between a 40k Space Marine. It just wouldn't be fair.

People seem to forget that the reapers don't have shields, they have barriers.
Barriers don't stop energy weapons.

Then it really comes down to how much damage a fleet of ships can inflict while the reapers respond in kind. Being huge and numerous helps.

I very much doubt the borg can adapt to the reapers superheated matter beams, that would be physically impossible. Their ships could through, but than again, the reapers could change their tactics and adapt that way. It's how they countered the miricle of palavan manuver afterall.

As for a reaper ground forces vs bog ground forces thing, the borg would win. But agian, the reaper ships can touch down and begin glassing the borg. The borg aren't fast, they won't be able to dodge those blast at such close range, and their organic tissue would be melted from the heat.

Can the borg assimilate technologically based beings though? I don't know much about them other than they have godlike abilites to adapt to weapons and that they all have a collective. ALso that they convert organics into cyborgs and wipe away their former identities.
