Rage so broken, just tried it as well nemesis can just walk away while my rage is up and fully specced into mdps (mêlee dps)

I agree with the OP, and the videos do show this. I've just unlocked the Krogan Battlemaster, and I love it. Krogan are melee based and meant to take a lot of punishment and dish it out, but in melee, not in the spammy skills of an Adept or Engineer, and they do not have the AoE of Nova OR the speed of a Human Vanguard, who uses the following formula: Charge > Nova > Heavy Melee > Dodge, rinse, repeat. If Rage does not work as described, this is a serious problem for the Krogan.
In addition, to those who say that in Gold no player should melee, then those people should lobby for the elimination of the Krogan entirely. To see that Rage melee buff and damage reduction do not work is disheartening, so I guess everyone shouldn't take the Rage option.
Bioware, this seriously gimps the one class that's truly the melee class. And, if people are saying melee isn't viable on Gold, Bioware, FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean seriously. Why should someone NOT be able to play on Gold because Bioware can't grow a pair and make that character as viable as other classes?
Or, do you want the situation where everyone just pulls out the generic MinMax Adept and sits there spamming and farming the Gold missions, as we see done in many youtube videos? Talk about imbalance and poor game design.
BTW. I played in tandem with a Human Vanguard, and the Krogan's Charge is slower. We both charged at the exact same time to test, and, each time the human got to the target faster. And what's with the extra height of the Krogan so he can't duck in cover and gun? I always take heavy damage when ducking in cover, while the Human Vanguard, or any other race, takes NO damage.
