Had issues with EA disconnecting - lost purchase.

Hello, been having a few issues with EA disconnecting on me, and when I tried to purchase the premium spectre pack before it took my credits, then said it had failed to process purchase, now I'm credits down, and I re-opened game/store and no pack came up, additionally I see no new items/upgrades/characters.

how can I go about getting my pack?

I've experienced the same issue. I've lost 3-4 Spectre packs, a couple of premiums and a premium Spectre.

It says to contact customer services but offers very little other information.
