When I get my geth engineer (fingers crossed), I'm going with "Das Ich" which refers back to Freud's original naming of the mind's ego. It directly translates to, "The I".

I only have one Geth, the Engineer. I'm calling him Shrike and making him look a hundred or so years old 
I'll probably transfer Shrike to the Infiltrator if/when I get it though, it's a bit more fitting.

I named my Geth "Ceiling Fan"
and my Batarian "I'm not gay" because I gave him pink, purple, and bright green colors for armor =D
