In any case I've tried to find other words for ''groups'' or ''masses of units''. My Gethgineer is called Armada, which seemed somewhat appropriate.

I named my GI Unity. No idea what I'll call my GE when I get it.

00000111 (octal/kinda binary 007, a Geth played ME2 "Agent" infiltrator style)
Genji (probably because I had just spent a day farming Genji gear from Elmdor in FFT1.3, it was the first thing that came to mind, and it fit )
