Would everybody have been happier if Tali had taken off the mask revealing a face like the Yagh, or Chewbacca? Just curious.

And as a side note we are not talking about the stone age, how would their not be pics of Quarians from the past floating all over the extranet?  It would not be such a mystery.

No, there are so much stuff in our Air that can kill Quarians, you can't escape that with just Hygiene ^^

I don't know what the big deal is about the picture of tali in the game. Was it lazy and cheezy? Sure, but as a whole it had little impact on the experience, and as a Tali romancer - it took very little away from the story.

What I'm saying is- don't lose sight of the big picture people! By focusing on figuritive (and in this case, literal) big pictures.

I don't really understand the complaints. It's a photo of a model slightly photoshopped to look a BIT alien.

What would have been preferred? If they rendered the face 100% from scratch? If they made her look more alien? What's the point? Bottom line is, everyone wanted Tali to look attractive, and Tali looks attractive. If Tali looked like the predator it would have crushed many people.

To be real, I think showing Tali was a HUGE mistake.

Anyway, on topic. OP is really hot. Great job!

I don't think a lot of people would have had a problem with her being human-looking if we had gotten an in-game face when she took off her mask on Rannoch. I mean, that moment was so emotional it wouldn't have mattered what she looked like.

The point virtualAlex is that the end result was poorly done, cheap and contrary to all manner of clues as to their appearance from ME1 onwards. They should have looked more alien.

OP picture needs a wink. I imagine Tali winking...or possibly squinting in the Rannoch sun sans mask

The other species (excluding the Asari) look sufficiently alien. Mass Effect does a good job avoiding rubber forehead aliens.

You just answered this yourself. It's not so much the picture itself, it's what it represents. And the people behind that hide behind the nice word "artistic integrity".

Looks... accurate. Need to have hand in frame and photochopped so half of the hand is gone though.

If we saw her still in the suit but with just the mask removed the "too human" complaints wouldn't crop up as much. We've seen enough through the mask to know that the general face shape is pretty well human after all, and hiding the rest of the head would've reduced the "looks exactly human" argument somewhat without people complaining (much) that they didn't see more.

On the other side having such a photo was actually a wonderful idea - a photo of her, on her homeworld, without the suit on, is a really touching gift for Shepard. It's just the implementation that went a bit awry (and it wasn't the best way for the reveal).
