I got the N7 edition of masseffect3 for the xbox360 and I cannot access the avatar items n7 helmet and the omniblade on the avatar menus?  The only item I have acess too is the Normandy avatar item. Why cant I access those two items! 
 

The only item I have with the game is the some achievement medals do not show up in the game even if I have I earned them and they show up on the list of achievements from the games data from the xbox360 dashboard.

Go to the avatar market place and they should be available for free download if you've unlocked them in the game. (Striker needed for Omniblade and I forget what's needed for the helmet.) It's weird that you can't download them in the game but <shrug>. Good luck.

No not getting them on that listed for free at all, I noticed them as I was transferring my memory over from my old xbox to a new xbox and those items where there and they kept saying they could not move over?

They're award items, did you get the related achievements?

Ah sorry I thought they were part of the n7 collection edition as when I was importing my memory over from my between xboxs them avatar items came up as corrupted and I cud not transfer them over so I thought it was strange they were their.  I am not too sure now if I have earned them r not just thought it was strange if I had not it would make a fuss on my importing memory with them popping up so I presumed they must have been part of the n7 collectors edition set. 

May I inquire how do you achive the items and why would they be listed as part of your avatar items if you have not collected them?
