9 OPEN E.A. cases SUPPLIES ARE LOCKED

So I am on XBOX 360, and have had an issue with my Multiplayer items. There are currently 9 open cases at E.A. over this entire ordeal, involving my account and this game, since 3rd day of release. My multiplayer kits all relocked (you supposedly know of this), and of course I lost Microsoft Points from purchases in the store. They were refunded by my persistant calling to XBOX 11 days in a row.  But I am unable to play multiplayer due to the fact that my SUPPLIES are locked (MEDIGEL and ROCKETS) I have asked for help in fixing this since the 3rd day of release, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. Can I please get some help? I sent pictures to your Twitter feed and they are removed after 2 minutes, makes no sense. I have also opened packs to add 1 more available medigel, and rockets, but IT NEVER EQUIPS THEM!!!!!!! Feel like I bought half of a game. Try to play on GOLD and sometimes Silver with no rockets or medigel. Its horrible. Just please help me, you have already lost me and others as a customer on ANYTHING you ever sell again, so please do the right thing and help fix this problem. I mean even EA knows it is messed up because they gave me a FREE ORGIN CODE for MASS EFFECT 3 for PC. Have not redeemed it, don't plan on it either. Everyday I call EA they are trying to shove 15%, 25 % off on ORGIN, but I do not care, I just want BIOWARE to be honest and fix this broken product you have sold me.Image IPB

UPDATE They have finally fixed this problem with me, and I can not actually count how many HOURS of waiting on the phone in the period of the past 25 days until I actually had something done. Bioware, thank you for FINALLY fixing this, although this experiance has made you lose my business. There are alot of people who stand together with me as a NEW Bioware customers that agree this has been a pretty bad experiance. I also see you removed the image that I put at the end of my post that was an emoticon. Pathetic. You can remove me from the forum if you like, but watch the youtube feed, I do have 62,000 subscribers and they actually care about the input I give them. You must think that I am some 12 year old posting on your site, not the case at all. It would have been better for you had you actually listened to the real problems instead of people crying about the ending. You seem to be completely unsupportive of your customers. I just ran into someone that also told me you did the same thing with MASS EFFECT 2 and not patching broken things. Hope you guys the best, with what you are willing to give, which is nothing.

Listen, I am not defending BioWare in case it is their fault in all this. But if this is taking up so much time and costs money have you tried returning the games to either the retailer where you bought them, or to EA, or to BioWare and ask them, whoever does it, for a refund on all things and the game? Just seems like this is complicated and if they were not able to fix it so far, probably might take them long time to find out what the hell is wrong.
