Okay, so im level 14 and have my 2 spec's Arcane Warrier and Blood Magic, Im planning on using the Respec Potion addon but was wondering how to spec it so they could work together?

Could anyone give me some tips on what skills to put points into e.g (Strength, Magic, etc..) and what abilities I should go for.. e.g (Creation Magic, Spiritual, etc..) All help is greatly appreciated trying to make a good spec'd character :)

You don't need any strength at all because of Combat Magic. Your two top stats will be Magic and Constitution (Milestones for each would be 50 magic and 30 constitution) with a little bit in Dex to help with defense and +attack, maybe 25-30. You won't need much Willpower at all, only enough to run all the sustainables you want. My last AW ran with 20 willpower.

As far as spells go, Mass Paralyze, Crushing Prison, defensive spells like Arcane Armor and Rock Armor, etc are nice to have. The defensive sustainables are a must.

It's almost impossible to make a badly speced AW/BM.  Even if you never put a dime into dex, he's unstoppable.  Everything should go into magic.  Constitution should be around 30-40 at end game.  Remember, magic=str as an AW.  Putting points into Str is a complete waste.  Cunning should be 13 or 14 if you want to max out coercion line (I strongly recommend doing that in every playthrough).  You'll get it to 16 in the fade.

As for spells? Rock Armor should be a no brainer.  The second mage spell should be a no brainer.  Maxing out the AW line should be a no brainer.  Maxing out the Blood Magic line should be a no brainer.  Anything else is pretty secondary.  With Shimmering Shield, half decent armor, rock armor, and mage shield... you simply won't take damage.  From anything.  Ever.  So it's up to you past that point.  What do you like casting?  You'll be doing all your casting in blood magic.  Even if you have 50 Willpower, Shimmering shield will eat your mana, so there's no point in putting anything into willpower.  Personally, I don't see much point in casting anything besides blood wound and blood control.  But as for my personal recommendations I'd get Mass Paralysis and Mana Clash.  Mass Paralysis is fairly useful, but the power below it is exceptional for a AW/BM (Miasma).  Even though you'll be able to survive a crushing prison followed by melee swamps and mage attacks, even an AW will lose a lot of health in that scenario.  So Mana Clash is your protections against those annoying mages.  It's basically a one shot kill against them even on nightmare.  For Templars?  That's where blood wound and mass paralysis come in.  If they resist it, use CoC.  Dunno if I mentioned that yet.  I recommend CoC for every single mage build.  If you invest the one extra point to get stone fist, you have a one shot kill for any white templars in the game.

As for spells, full AW Line and full BM line goes without saying. Then you want all those useful sustained spells, rock armor, arcane shield, miasma(good to have but not a priority).

After that, the crusing prison line is good, 2 spells are good in this line, kinetic weapon buff and crushing prison.

Another line is good is Mana clash line. It's not because of spellmight. Spellmight is more trouble than worth for Arcane warrior, cause when it's combined with shimmering shield, it deplets your mana faster than you can run, and when mana goes to 0 it deactivates automatically. You get this line for one spell only, mana clash. why? There are only really 2 types of mob that can threaten an arcane warrior, templars and mages. templars are so few in the game, 90% time it's mages. And mana clash can basically insta kill any mage and it's an AOE insta kill to, way too powerful to pass up.

The rest all depends on your preference:

The way I see it there are mainly 2 ways to go,

1. you consider yourself fighter first, mage second

2. you consider yourself mage first, fighter second

The first way, bump dex to 30ish, bump willpower to just enough for all sustained that would be high teen or low 20ish. the rest put in magic, you can spare a bit into con is you still want do some occasional casting in blood mode. you mainly just gonna activate combat magic and slash away with a sword. super boring.

The other way, I would forget about dex, nothing in it. still only pump will to high teens. get con to around 30-40, rest in magic. just one word of caution, before you get to lvl 20+, make sure to cast non blood line spell when combat magic is off. else you gonna kill yourself pretty quickly. After lvl 20 when you have 40+ con, well, you got enough hp to cast whatever and in whatever mode. The rest of the spells are just personal preference. you have the respecc mod, they whatever combo to your like

Some worthless spells, death magic, totally uterly worthless escpecially in blood mode. it heals 1hp per corpse.

I used Swift Salves during the last part of the game with my Bloody Arcane Warrior-Mage, so having a few points in Herbalism, or at least a partymember with it is intensly satisfying.

I also went with the Glyph line, so I would fight on top of a Glyph of Warding, granting me more defense (probably more than I needed).

The key to be a good spellcaster is to actively manage your modes, caste in blood mode with combat magic off, right after casting deactivate it and heal yourself, then activate again to finish off mobs. if anything still stands activate combat magic and wack with your sword.
