so i'm redoing my powers for my soldier and i had a question about headshot bonus powers. under combat mastery, if i were to add that headshot bonus power would it stack ontop of the ammo headshot bonus (e.g cryo, warp etc) adding a total of 40% headsot bonus?

if the combat mastery headshot bonus ONLY applies with normal ammo (which i never use) then it's pointless if these bonuses don't stack.

also, should i spend the credits purchasing higher ranked weapons and mods for my squad mates??? i play on insanity and ALL of the enemy fire is primarily focused on me.
