Is the e-mail address you login with in the game the same as the one associated with your BioWare account? If it is, check the game options and make sure you've enabled uploading. If it isn't, you're one of many who have created additional accounts and you will need to contact EA to have them merged.

I missed where you said you have a console version. Your PS3 online account is attached to an EA account which is identified by an e-mail address. Is that e-mail address the same one as the one attached to your BioWare account?
