I have posted this question on the official support site, but would like to see if what people think of it here.

Whenever I'm playing the game, I get disconnected from the dragon age servers after 5-10 minutes of gameplay. As a result my game information is not properly uploading to the Bioware social site.

I have the same problem. It started a week ago, until then everything worked fine (i didn't have problems with DLC or uploading screenshots). Now i get message that game wasn't able to connect to my box on the server.

It seems like I'm getting disconnected when the game is updating my account, because only partial information is being updated on my character pages. Some of them don't even have images for the portrait / character model.

While I'm playing I get a pop-up window saying I have lost connection, check your internet, blah, blah, blah.

My PSN account stays online, so I know its not my internet connection.

I hav eyet to be able to log in to the Dragon Age Servers yet. Everytime they say that they are temporarily unavailable?

every time I start the game it says "unable to access your online profile storage. The game has encountered an error." This also started about a week ago like everyone else's problems. what is happening anyone know?

Yeah this is happening to me too. It has to be something on BioWare's end, because I stay connected to the internet when I get this error message. I hope this is something they are going to figure out soon, because my profile hasn't updated in awhile.

I can affirm this problem, it started this last week, and was not an issue prior. I have checked the connections history on my side, and it is connecting to their server at the beginning, but once the game begins loading, it starts several attempts to talk to the servers. Eventually, you get the timeout and the error pops up on your screen. It sounds as if the Dragon Age servers may not be handling the larger amount of traffic, and thus we are timing out.

It usually logs me in for about 30 minutes, after which it disconnects me and I'd have to manually log in again. Can't say I'm bothered, but it's not working as it should...

Yea happens alot, that i get a ingame message short after start, its "unable to connect to online profile".

Once, and then its gone. I dont care to help it, it shall die in its complains lol.

Yeah, I seen this too. Not to concerned though, guess its just some kind of server capacity issue?

I've had this problem since about a week after purchasing the game, if that. My Account has never been updated any of my character images, and it has not updated anything other than trophies in a very long time (last update: character 1 at lv 13 :: currently on character 2, lv 10... in fact it has yet to show me having two characters, even though i have trophies for two of the origins stories). I would not have the avatar I have if it ever properly updated.

I have no problems with the connexion, I just can't find out how to play online, nor can I find a UDC number on the box or booklet, and I can't upload my pc to this site(is there anyway to stop him looking so gormless when a conversations is taking place in-game)+ theres no exploring the world in this game. We're shunted from pillar to post, literally, what happened?

I cannot connect to Dragon Age Servers, while BF Bad Company 2 beta have no problem in connecting to EA Online.

I can log in to the Dragon Age servers, but after about a minute I get a timed out error regarding my social page. I shot an e-mail to tech support to see what the deal is.

Mine has been looosing connection to servers as well lately. It just started doing it last week. Glad to see I'm not the only one though.

Yeah.. it's a bit frusterating. My profile has NEVER updated. I thought it was something on my side until I saw what others were going through. I am on my 4th character and there is nothing on my profile.. I hope BioWare fixes the issue soon!

I had the same problem as everyone else here up until this past Tuesday and now my profile seems to be updating again.

seem's it's not just PS3 players that are having this problem , I've got a couple of mates with the PC version and they've got the same problems.
Oh , and Yes , I've got the same problems too - I've never been able to upload any character data!

Like Coboler i got the timed out error, my status didnt update in 13 days and i play every day.

Yeah this is frustrating I would like my Warrior shown on the site but I get the Timed out thing all the time... I started getting that with the PC version as well .... /sad panda lol
