I have the exact same problem. My other character named Herald, has no avatar. And some timed, I have to restart the game again and again because I lose the connection to the DA servers.

i have had this problem and actually had to redo my network config and also had to open up the ports that the game booklet suggested it has worked to keep me on but has not updated my toon fully on part of the update is right

It hadn't worked for about a week and a half for me. Last night I played, got the message about losing the connection, but this morning my character info and trophies were updated. Go figure.

Count me in as not having my profile updated with my characters. My main character is at level 18 but it shows up as level 4

Same issue here. Can't log into the DA servers for about three weeks now. My character info is not updating at all, but the trophy info updates fine.

It'a good thing that every single dev has gone into silent mode, we are experiencing more and more problems, others get patches, we don't...we can't fix anything ourself...and they hide the ps3 forums.



So, should just sell my copy and divert my attention to other games and let the new buyer log in and whine also?

seems to me all EA related games are sh!t when it comes to online connection.. nomatter what system. I only bought DA knowing it was EA game because it had no online play. Thank god for that huh? This would be the biggest topic on these forums if DA was mmo



Edit: why censor language on a forum for a game that has an adult rating?

I'd rather see them fix the problems than keep replying to whines here. Let's wait until the xbox 360 patch and/or February and see what the situation is then. Patching for consoles is slow due to the console manufacturer approval process.

Patching is slow, i know, but you need more patches when you ship out beta's.

I recently started to get "timed out..." when starting the game up and logging onto my second character. My first character updated fine but my second won't show avatar. o_O

None of my latest characters have picture information and it is taking an absolute age for their stats and story to show. I think the servers have more connections than they anticipated and it has caused some issues. One thing that I would like from the Devs is an ETA on a fix as my profile pic is one of the characters that won't load hence the "X" in the picture box here ha ha

same deal here, while i can upload some of my details, the rest keeps getting disconnected. Same with all DLC I've downloaded and installed refusing to work. Shot an email to Tech Support who suggested open several ports on my router, yet every other game i've run seems to work fine :S

Well the router solution is a false one as I have some characters with all information and my newer ones with no pictures and one without a story file either...really odd, almost like the game and the website are now talking different langages...tell me has everyone with the problem downloaded all the DLC and logged into DA Journeys?



Wondering if it is something else like DLC or the Flash game information causing the problems...or it could also be the character creator I used once.

Seems pretty clear that it's a widespread problem with the DAO servers, and not anything we can do and/or that the PSN is responsible for. It's annoying, but in the end it doesn't affect the gameplay at all. So unless the sole reason you play is so that you can show off your accomplishments and characters to everyone else, it's a pretty minor bug. Still, hopefully it gets fixed at some point down the road.
