Living in NYC, I generally have a ping around 30ms. It's one of those things I usually take for granted. Since installing the Resurgence Pack, my ping has spiked up to 400-500ms whenever I open up Mass Effect 3. This renders multiplayer, if not unplayable, then certainly unenjoyable. (The lag correction software must be pretty good, because I can still post decent scores in Silver even when my shots hit the target .5 seconds after firing).

5 minutes after quitting ME3, my ping is back down to its normal 30ms.

Any idea on what could be causing this?
