Well it's not possible because it's a N7 weapon from Commendation packs and we got only 2 of them thus far...

That said, maximum legal N7 rated weapon level is 2, and that's only with a LOT of luck.

Got a N7 weapon from premium spectre pack (99000cr) last night. It mentioned something about commendation also.
Don't remember what weapon though, will try it today.

Edit: actually it was right after I saved erryones asses at 10th wave lol. Dat was some epic sh... stuff.
All were down exept me. Couldn't rescue them, too many enemies swarming around. Had to disarm the last bomb while dodging Cerberus troops. Disarmed the bomb, killed the enemas, everyone got rezzed and extracted. Winning.

Don't know if it was what counted.

That's what I thought.  I keep seeing some message pop up sometimes about checking previous purchases (I think thats what it says, can't remember exact phrasing). Thats why I figured its in some database on their end, what's been unlocked that is.  Writing a query to get which accounts have more than level 3 of the weapons Bryan mentioned shouldn't be that hard.  (Also it should be easy to have the other packs, spectres in particular, check to see whats been maxed out, thus not giving us useless items...)

I have no idea how they actually did it, but who cares. It's EA's/BioWare's fault. If there was a bug and people exploited it, shame on the devs. There's no reason those people should be banned or punished in any way.

Yea that makes a lot of sense, since they totally could not look that up in their database.

Deliberately exploiting a bug is equally punished as actively hacking in any serious online game. Then again I don't think ME3MP qualifies for that.

Why report? Wasn't this caused by you guys giving people multiple packs?
In the sticky you guys talk of it being an exploit when they didnt have to do anything.
I still haven't even got my pack from Raptor.

yea there was a glitch with the commendation pack were you cod make it spam you with commendation packs to get the weapons to X alot of people who did this was by accident but some people realeased what it was doing and did it on purpose. Aso the reason why the commendation packs havn't been released to every 1 yet while they try to sort this problem out. I meet the person I think your on about his name scot something or on those lines.

I know how they did it because I was told how but I'm not going to say. It was really stupid that a person would even do that in the first place is all I'm going to say.

Some people don't seem to know the difference between N7 weapons(like Javelin, Paladin, Saber for example) and N7 CE weapons(hurricane, valiant, crusader and eagle).

N7 weapons = From spectre packs only
N7 CE weapons = From commendation packs only

Um, no. Those people broke their User Agreement, and they deserve to be punished for it- they agreed NOT to exploit bugs, and yet they did. That's a VERY good reason. Nobody FORCED them to exploit the bug.

I just.. I can't even believe there are people who actually believe what you just said is true, it's so stupid.

in a thread about the black widow a guy was talking about how his valiant x wasnt as good as the black widow. just plain stupid to openly admit to cheating on the forums. i reported him but i doubt they actually did anything about it.

Is it possible to get the eagle etc to X ? if not its obvious hes a hacker, but i ask what is the best way to report him? as reporting via XBL is useless as the tampering/cheating report options only apply to console hacks. I know if i post his name here i will get banned. What do u reccomend? thx

Exploiting is when you take advantage of a bug.
