Really cringed at "We fight or we die", but it was more to do with the dramatic posing. If Shepard stated it blunt, matter-of-factly, it would be perfectly alright.

It was also the way Shepard marched to the front, taking his time, and thats all he said... bit of an anticlimax

Any line and delivery from femShep with Jacob on the "I'd just like to talk for a bit" where they throw "THIS IS YOUR LOVE INTEREST" at you in ME2 -- nice way of making your subordinate feel uncomfortable eh, commander?

The "propaganda kick some ass speech" before the final push in London. ... sad. a broken, weary, already defeated Shepard. Nothing like saying we're going to lose.

The moment that phrase left his mouth was the moment I first realized how terrible the ending was.

I held out some ridiculous hope even as the Catalyst sold his ridiculous solutions, but when my Shepard, the character I created, the character whom would never agree to such a thing let out the words "So the Illusive Man was right after all".
I lost all respect for the game.

Second run through screw off Liara and Ashley decide to pick Kaidan, keep on waiting for the romance option to appear yet every time I recheck...

I blew up Ashley for him and the damn romance wasn't even in the game, that horrible line was cemented in my mind

Yeah on my manshep when I romanced Ashley, for some reason Kaiden seemed almost... in to me and Shep into Kaiden! Was so confusing.
And when I romanced Liara on my femshep I swear Shep was hitting on Kaiden...

This is no joke, my sister's been expecting for a few months, and she was playing ME3 in the other room, and when that line came up, I could've sworn she was going into labour. 

It was terrifying. 

It's one of the most awful sounds i've ever heard! I wonder who in the sound booth back at BioWare said "mmh that sounds genuine, lets green light it."

IMHO the worst line from the series is still from ME1:

Liara: My "father", if you want to use that term, was another asari.
Shepard: You can do that? I thought the asari always needed another species to serve as one of the parents.
