IMHO the worst line from the series is still from ME1:

Liara: My "father", if you want to use that term, was another asari.
Shepard: You can do that? I thought the asari always needed another species to serve as one of the parents.

*Colossal facepalm*

Shepard is as thick as abrick sometimes....

ME1 - Every time Liara moans after joining her mind with Shepards, when she talks then says she's exhausted.

ME2 - If you punch out the Salarian with the gun on Thane's recruitment mission Shep says "Hurt me? I didn't feel a thing."

"How about goodbye" if you push the merc out the window.

I don't see how any human being can make a sound like that, honestly. They must have punched Kimberly Brooks in the gut while she was trying to scream normally.

It sounds like she's taking a crap...or giving birth, as you said =P

Kaidan's is definately my favourite though, I can only imagine him falling off a cliff for gods sake.

I'm glad I don't let Ashley, James, or Kaidan out of the Normandy.

That's just............... Seriously? This managed to get past BioWare? What's wrong with them?

Especially when you go to talk to her and she repeats the dialogue.. though I was most annoyed because she was my LI.

The renegade option is much better than the interrupt! But then you just let the merc walk off, talk about anticlimax :?

Shepard visiting non-romanced Kaidan in the hospital:
"You seem like a hell of a soldier"...

Seem like? Wasn't Kaidan a party member in ME1?...

I remember on my most recent ME1 playthrough, I just took down about five Cerberus bases, and then in this one random Rachni side mission, we opened a log about Cerberus, and Garrus says: "Cerberus? I've never heard of them before!"

Hurr durr.

Kim Brooks: Dammit, sorry, there was a lot of feedback on the headset, let me do that one again.
BW Voice Director: No, it was perfect.
Kim Brooks: What? No, seriously, that was terrible, let me take that line again. It should sound more angry, less pained.
BW Voice Director: NO! ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL!

I don't understand what the point of Anderson's little reveal that he was born in London was considering it's only one line in passing followed by an awkward silence a few hours later. Just a few lines of extra dialogue in the shuttle wouldn't be too big an ask.

"I was born in London".

"Really?"

"Yes, Covent Gardens, my father was an engineer at the ship yards, he used to....... Let me explore inside them, sometimes".

"Is that what made you decide to join the Alliance?"

"No, he he, no, that was my mother's fault. She was a trainer at the academy, she used to be saluted by half the people that lived in our block. I knew that one day, I wanted to be respected like that. What about you, Commander?"

Spacer - "I lived on Alliance ships and stations most of my childhood, both parents were Alliance. Kind of taken as a given I follow in their footsteps."

Orphan - "Life was tough on the streets. The Alliance seemed like a way to escape the crime, and hardship".

Colonist - "After the slavers attacked Mindoir and the Alliance patrol picked me up, I didn't have anywhere else to go".

"Doesn't bother me though. Think, I wouldn't of met you otherwise, sir, or anyone else here."

"True Commander, very true."

"What's it like to be back here now?"

"It's......... Difficult. This used to be a thriving metropolis, now it's just rubble".

"We'll rebuild it Anderson, don't worry."

"I'll be fine, there are bigger problems to take care of before any of that."

Doi, I cans wrote for BioWare!

A lot of the lines Shepard says while learning about the alien crew members in ME1. Roughly paraphrased:

"Your species can mate amongst itself, Liara?"
"It's hard to feel sorry for the billions of your people slaughtered by the geth, Tali."
"The First Contact War is totally equivalent to the genophage, Wrex."

Shep comes off sounding like an ignorant jackass.

Agreed... except that I've always thought the Quarians were dumba**es for attacking the geth in the first place. :P
