 I'm still waiting on my commendation pack too. It's not showing up under my registered content either. Have they all gone out or should I wait before contacting customer support?

I got my Commendation Pack, but not my Victory Pack? Are they being sent out later, or did it not register that I promoted twice in the allotted time?

Look, I got my packs (and nothing in addition; haven't even started SP yet ), so I don't have cause to complain.

But this is getting absurd. It has been well over a week since everyone was supposed to get their packs. Hell, the multiplayer has been live for over a month, and longer if you count the multiplayer beta.

And yet we are still having problems with kit and unlock resets, missing packs, missing credits, spending credits/real money only to have them eaten by connection errors, etc etc etc.

And yet the moment that players discover an exploit in their favor, the moment that Bioware's bottom line is threatened? Bam, fix within hours of reporting.

I know, I know. You guys are working on it. You are working as hard as you can. The exploit was an easy fix, and everything else is complicated.

But can you see how this would make your customers feel? Can you imagine how frustrating it is to be someone who has paid money and spent a good chunk of time playing your game, and only get sporadic and vague answers and estimates to when these bugs will get fixed?

Bioware, you guys are awesome, and I sympathize with how exhausted everyone working in Edmonton must be at the moment. But this isn't acceptable. It isn't good enough, and it isn't fair to your customers.

If you disagree with me, or even if you think you can get away with this level of performance, by all means, carry on. Otherwise, you really need to do a whole lot better.

Where do I find my registered game content?

contact EA, they claim its already under my account, go back n check, nth there,
mail again, put another 1 under my account, nth there...
never ever get any commendation pack...
giving up, I'm quitting mass effect 3 in a month time anyway, new Tristam is coming...they support better than EA imho

i still have not recieved my commendation pack for operation raptor. even after calling EA it is STILL NOT IN MY STORE.... i've messaged scylla 2x and now i just messaged bryan. i don't even have my damn reserves pack from playing 5 games over the weekend WITH resurgance downloaded.

good nes for once, at least bryan had messaged me back.

Commendation was for doing it yourself, Victory was for everyone.

I have a commendation pack for operation Raptor in my registered game content for PC when I have no Origin ID for PC , my Origin account only has a my xbox 360 gamertag registered in BSN.
someone sent my Commendation for Raptor pack to the wrong platform.

still waiting on the commendation packs.. did get 1, but in writing it was said 1 pack for every 2 promoted...i promoted at least 12.... i worked hard that  weekend leveling everyone up and starting all over again.
