Seemingly every mission I do causes the N7 Ops Team to disappear. Hitting "X" to go to the war map causes it to reappear but this is still annoying and a seemingly new problem.

Yup, I got the same aliment. Mine disappeared after I played the Chronos mission. Just in time eh?

So obviously isnt an isolated issue. BioWare should fix this.
The weirdest thing is, it'll do it when I'm offline, but lo and behold, when I hit "x" again, it returns.

It has been happening to me as well.
I am sad to see it happening to others, yet glad that I am not some Patient Zero in this.

Maybe it just disappears on screen, but did the actual number of Effectiveness change? TMS, EMS?

Yes it removes the whole value. Effectively making 600 War Assets completely unreliable for me.

I came on here to make a post about this myself, then found this post. My N7 assets disappeared as well. I've promoted all 6 classes twice, plus a couple classes randomly here and there, so I had a good amount of war assets from it. I hope this gets fixed.

Calm down Liara, you always say that when you're worried, I hear it most in ME3 

You should meditate more like me.  I can help others in my class, both martial arts and meditation.  (I'm a martial artist IRL, and took yoga in college with mostly women in class lol)

I shall return to my meditations.

Lost the N7 Ops Team first (to the tune of 1800 assets). Now my readiness has been slashed from 96% to 50%. This is not good.
