For some reason, someone revived me while too 'close' to a prop or maybe within the 'floor' so to speak.
When this happened, I fell through - more than a couple times - only to be dumped back out at the landing pad for this particular map.
In the video, I had fallen through the floor about three times before then, but when it dumped me back at the landing pad my character began to run on an invisible 'slippery slope' (pun intended) and I could no longer control him.
You'll see in the video, I was about five minutes since the final 'fall' and I never died. I ended up getting full credit once they completed the Gold mission on their own.
Thankfully, my teammates also recognized I had bugged out, so they weren't upset with me.
