Well I don't have all the colors for the Shadow, but this is the basic layout I use for making Cerberus themed characters. 

Primary: White
Highlight: Black
Secondary: Black
Pattern: Stripe 1 or 2 whichever is the one that runs down the arms
Pattern Color: Middle Column, Row 3. It's a color in between yellow and orange. 
Lights: Red

So I now have all the colors for the Shadow, and this is the closest you can get to a Phantom in appearance. Also, bring the Talon, Eviscerator, Hornet, or Harrier for extra cool points. The pattern doesn't matter, either stripe will do fine.

On my Quarain Infiltraitor, I set the Primary color to black and then the Secondary color to something like Green, or Red, or Blue. Give the Fabric a very nice color shine, like the hood is velvet or silk or something. Gives it texture.

I then get the second pattern option and choose the same color from the Secondary choice as to complete the look.

Looks very nice in my humble oppinion.

Sadly, haven't unlocked many color/appearence options.

Secondary:16 A or B depends on if you want it darker.

oh nothing. it doesnt matter. he has good charecter color pics on his albums but hes a jerk. dont use them though he'll have a coniption fit. and one of the charecters he has is a cerberus troop. i thought it was origional so when i went to use it he said no and i listend. then i came here looking for color combos and saw it wasnt origional so ive been using it since. i was asking himif wanted to help me make guides and he said no dont contact me ever again and blocked me. idk what his problem is but whatever. i have cool color combos and beside the fury one i have more. i was letting him know i didnt steel his designs. it doesnt matter though as most of them are just basic colors anyways. the only diffrent ones are his turian, cerberus soldier troop, and nemesis engineer.
