These ones are my favorites, I don't really have that many good designs screenshotted at the moment. I might get on it in a bit though.

 I use that Geth Infiltrator design all the time, just looks amazing. The pattern when used with that dark orange and the yellow highlight looks awesoem from different angles, like a golden robotic god. I use the same combo for my GE too.

Just make sure they're your own color combos Signature colors borrowed from someone else aren't truly signature colors, after all.

My N7 forces try to maintain a consistent scheme between classes:

Adepts manipulate their biotic powers as if they drew waer from the sea, hence their base color is dark blue with cyan highlights, and have a lavish green for secondary. The bright pink stripes represent how their biotic force bends the world around them.

Soldiers use standard camo for Earth Jungles and Forests, with dark green over bright green camo (using lavish green for base when camo is not unlocked yet ), and dirt brown for secondary. Alien species joining the N7 forces decided to keep the pattern out of respect.

Engineers use monochromatic silver armor with fiery colors to symbolize their expertise over applied physics, using metal smelting as inspiration.

Sentinels, being innate supporting and balanced warriors, wear royal gold, in a semi pretentious way to simbolize their glorious balance over things.

Infiltrators adopt an inverse pattern over Soldiers, intended for Desert camo.

Vanguards patterns are an inverse concept over Adepts, focusing on the violent force of their biotic powers, by using dark red with magenta highlights, and preserve slightly their concept of biotic flow with their cyan secondary.

That's very true.  I've gotten some really cool ones, but have no way to upload.  (not particularly computer savvy)

Slayer has one of the most bad thought scheme , basicaly you cant change anything except the  shoulders  and the primary... It's so annoying..

Here's one that I like to use for mostly any class. I only tried this with the N7 Destroyer and Human Vanguard, but I'll add more to ones that this setup works well with:

Primary: B3 (Light Orange)
Highlight: A16 (Black)
Secondary: B16 (Grey)
Pattern: Stripe
Pattern Color: C16 (White)
Lights: B3 (Aqua)

imo it creates a really nice splitter-type effect. Also works with a few other armors.

I tried making some characters from the Mass Effect series. I was relatively successful. A few aren't perfect, like Ashley, Garrus, and Grunt, but the rest are as close as I can make them. Some look spot on, like Jondum Bau and Thane.
