Hi I just installed the toolset but I get a weird windows saying the toolset will now exit couse run the cconfiguration program and verify your settings or search the wiki to help with this issue ...
but i havent understood whats the issue4 and neither how to run configuration program ... any hellp with that issue?

We need to know exactly what the error says or else we can't help you. With any software, there are always many different things that can go wrong.
By any chance, does it say "Cannot connect to database"?

the thing II wrote is what it actualy says and noo doesnt ask for connect to database..

Yes. The toolset uses some software by Microsoft to store its information, which is what's breaking here. BioWare has tracked down some of the causes of the database errors and they should be fixed in the next patch. There isn't a guarantee of them catching all of the problems, however.
