and what's the max cunning you need to succeed in all persuasion/intimidate checks?

persuasion ability = 25*(coercion_level)+(cunning or strength (persuade or intimidate)-10)

this is checked against the difficulty of the persuasion/intimidation, of which the highest is 100.

In other words, if you max out the Coercion line, you won't fail any checks at all.

correct. and you need 25 strength or cunning for each one you dont get. you'd need 110 strength or cunning to pass all checks without a single coercion point, so not possible.
