Now I wouldnt care about that but it debited my bioware points and did not give me the pack (i made sure i didnt have any new items or anything). I figure damn thats not good but in this day and age of use it or stfu and go somewhere else menatlity of online business I am used to it.
So i go threw the motion of contacting customer support, but wait is it bioware support or origin support (which isnt origin but EA forum support) so after looking in the usual place at the bottom of pages i clicked the Bioware Game support... but its actually just the EA help page..... so I click on the live assistant button and wait my 20min for a rep to come. I tell them my problem and I am told to "Goto the forums for your problem"..... now maybe I missed a meeting of evil geniuses or something but I am pretty sure thats bad form.

You guys may want to decide wth your doing with EA and origin and you may want to streamline your payment resolution system so people dont have feel like idiots posting a simple problem on a technicle support page.
Contact me at this account ... yes I read the Tos and it says nothing about keeping money lost due to a bug... want to play in the nickle and dime game I suggest you make your customers feel a little safer by having an actual payment system set up instead of a game to browser to thrid party launch to account linked threw 3 diff platforms back to browser then to game.... cause yeah thats exactly how it is and it is just as stupid as it sounds.
