Idle, too low N7+gear+lvl to be on gold. That's about it. Never had to make room for a friend before but I'll probably ask politely before "kicking".

 ... Majority rules...

I don't actually remember ever kicking because of a low N7. Never had to. I'm also on the side of "let him play a game of gold. Just unequip your stuff and don't use medigel. He'll learn he shouldn't be here."

Leacher, but I feel legit about it. I'll carry you if you help me out, but I won't fireman carry you. Goodbye, extra crispy!

I kick players on gold with character level less than 10. If the n7 rating is same as character level, then I kick them if they are below 15 and carrying junk weapons. Sometimes, I don't kick such players and just roll for the lulz.

kicked a guy today because we finished the match and 2 guys had 10k points. now I know points don't mean much but even if you have horrible luck you should always be able to get some points for assists or something. Kicked one guy soon as we got the replacement we kicked the other. blew through the next few matches.

 1. He was screaming
 2. He was screaming in a high pitched voice
 3. He was screaming at his brother
 4. He was screaming at his mom to make him a sandwhich
 5. He was screaming at his mom to not make him go to bed
 6. He was screaming at his dog.
 7. He was swearing in a high pitched voiced
 8. The fact that he existed annoyed me greatly.

Did I mention that I usually kick those who are screaming or have annoying voices?

I kicked a guy today because he failed to get extracted two rounds in a row. Not sure why that bothers me so much.

I kick people with low level on gold runs, but I have a mic and ask them to leave before resorting to kicking.

I won't kick someone for having a low score in a previous round if we all did fine. Sometimes I get the low score if I'm trying new build, weapons, or simply haven't played the character in a while, so I am tolerant and forgiving.

Don't ready up fast enough, if I'm on gold under 10 gets auto booted no matter what, bad weapons for the class or just bad weapons in general.

I've kicked to get a friend in, but only after there was no response over the mic
I've kicked crappy players after a round of fail who didn't listen to any advise over the mic

And I once kicked a N7 lvl 3 Battlefield soldier (also at lvl 3) because we were farming gold and coming right after the crappy player kick, I couldn't stand another fail round lol

I kick people when two of my teammates want to them. I don't feel like waiting through a standoff so I just boot them. Sorry random guys. Nothing personal.

I never kick on the first match.

Ever.

Unless the person is AFK.

I've only kicked twice, both times because the group was accidentally set to Public when we were actually waiting for a friend. Sent apologetic messages each time.

The perks of having a regular play group, I suppose.

Idle. Low N7 and level for gold. Rubbish loadout (adept with Claymore and Widow).

That's it.

I almost never kick, I just leave and look for another group.
Reasons I leave:
- Terrible weapons
- One guy being a soldier or any other useless class
- 3 guys all using the same class
- being much lower than lvl 18 (for gold)

Inactive for more than 5 waves without saying anything, does not load up when everybody is ready within 5 minutes (unless saying something), and proven themselves to be incapable of working within the team for 1-2 matches.

Only other reason I've ever kicked anybody was because my friends demanded it :/ And keeping him would have only weakened the team since half our strength would have been too pissed off to concentrate.

Was better for everybody if I did.

I'll wait a pretty reasonable amount of time, but if it's taking too long and there's only one person we're all waiting on, I'll put in my vote to kick them. Keep in mind I watch the equipment screen to see if they're tweaking something. That, or I'll leave.

Because they were taking forever and a day to get ready. Don't know what they were doing, but when all other players are ready and waiting, the least you can do is hurry up.

I vote to kick players who are clearly too low-level for a certain difficulty level, who are taking a ridiculously long time to ready up without letting his teammates know he's actually there and present, or who didn't work well with the team during the previous match. Most everyone else, far as I'm concerned, can stick around. If a player has music streaming through his headset, I'll just mute him.

I'm usually never the first to kick, maybe if I'm in a rush and want a good team to play with.

I never initiate a kick to anyone myself just because he joined the lobby with a low level, I always let him in for one match at least, he has a chance to proof himself. If he is doing poorly and dragging the team down. He will get the kick flag when we are back at the lobby.

but If I joined a lobby, and there is already 2 other members giving kick flag to a member, I will just think "well, better him than the host quit". And vote with the majority.
