3 reasons....

1 - N7 rank below 20 AND class level below 5 in silver. Try to convince me as much as you like that you could be useful, fact is you would not be of any use at all.
2 - Krogan. I'm had it with Krogan players, they use the Krogan and they think it is a permit to be a completely moronic cretin.
3 - Squeakers/kids. Really needs no expansion.

I freely admit to all 3, and am damned proud of it (the 3rd one especially, this game - like most of mine - is not for kids and they should not be playing, they try to join me in MP and reveal what they are, I will attempt to ruin their day for that moment)

I am not the biggest of kickers, starting out doing Silver and Gold fairly early, I know what it means when people give you a chance to prove your worth.

I have however initiated kicks based on...

A person insisting on bringing a low level character to a Gold or Silver match

A person insisting on bringing a poorly geared gear-dependant class to a Gold match (common / uncommon weapon mk.1-4)...

...or displaying lack of understanding of their class through their choice of weapons, ie Vanguards with M98 or M99.

And last but not least, someone speaking loudly to someone obviously not in the team, or leaving their mic open with loud noice in the background.

I don't kick anyone on Bronze unless they're taking an ungodly amount of time to get ready. Like, 2 minutes plus. However, I rarely play Bronze (only when levelling a new character).

Silver is a little tougher. I get concerned when Battlefield 3 Soldiers enter with a < 50 N7 Rating and < Level V weapons. Same for Krogan Soldiers and Vanguards in general. Also, anyone with a character under Level 15. It doesn't take that long to level it that high. I play Silver to have fun.

Gold is different. If I'm playing Gold, I'm farming Geth on Firebase White. I know what works on that map. Soldiers and Vanguards are useless. Unless you have an N7 Rating over 150, I'm concerned. And unless you're bringing N7-Level rarity weapons to the fight, I expect at least Level VII weapons, preferrably Rare, or Level X Uncommon.

And on general principle, I vote to kick anyone being abusive, intolerant, etc. over voice, which more often than not is the folks playing Battlefield 3 Soldiers.

I don't think these are unreasonable standards. I like to win. I like playing with good teammates. I hate being the last man standing on Wave 9 on Silver versus Reapers because no one has any medigel left and they all got instakilled by a Brute or Banshee or popped by a Ravager.

I´ve only kicked people out for idling when people are ready .... the rest , I dont care its a videogame folks NOT a sport so ease up ^^

Kick for friends to enter or when thy have no mic or don't talk.
We will give s1 with a good class and rating a chance though and many are great

but ffs on xbox how can you not have a mic....really

Kicking someone because you've got strong evidence they'll hinder mission success is always a good one.

Too inexperienced and low leveled and would just be a liability.

It hurts to be kicked, but I suppose there some sense to it.

@Monkey Buisness: Human Soldiers are handy. They're more agile than Krogan, Turian, or Batarian soldiers, and they pack frag grenades.

Also I started got good at multiplayer a lot earlier than 150. Tho I'm over that number now.

actually i'll let a guy on decoy play gold as lvl 1 so we can use our better classes. But thats about it unless i know the guy and hes a beast.
I was a lvl 1 and my friend was a 1 too but he was the infiltrator with a widow and he did the cloaked stuff.
Beat it in 32 i think and we both got 9 levels so it was a win win

but hes a beast and i can barely spam hte decoy lol

I kicked one guy for serenading me. His dad joined in, too. It got weird, fast.
"MISSFISHGIRLLLLL! PLAYING A LEVEL 20 ASARI ADEPT! OH? WHAT'S THAT? SHE'S PLAYING WITH A REVENENT! I HOPE SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING!"

This continued until the last guy kicked him.

First i'm not that picky but there are exceptions:
1. i refuse to have under lvl 10 characters in gold matches "regardless of N7 rank, don't matter here"
2. Crap weapons like GPR, Phaeston and GP smg over bronze.

The Phaeston works beutifully for me on Silver. But to each they're own. 


I'll personally never kick for weapons/classes. I personally rock a heavy weapons Adept, and I know other people have weird classes that work for them. I don't play on gold, but on silver, I'm fine with carrying one guy as long as I can. It's a game.

Mostly because ppl are just sitting in the lobby being AFK or something, i'm not there to wait for ppl.
Sure if some lvl 1 finishes a round and has to put in his powers i'll wait.

Too many noobs in gold fb white geth lobbies. They force me to kick them.( I feel for them, honestly. But don't wanna wipe out on a wave 3.

It's pretty obvious then that you haven't played with good Krogan teammates.  Not all of them are that bad.  Myself included

My own personal list.

• Players idling for more then 1 minute, unless they have a mic or a good reason.  I am pretty patient but I don't want to wait in the lobby while, you go get a drink, go to the store, level up your characters, take a bathroom break etc.
• Very low N7 and/or character level on Silver or above.  I'll give them the benefit of the doubt if their loadouts are not the status quo on Silver diff. however.  As long as they have a decent level or N7 level.  However on Gold though I do discriminate.  If you don't bring a good loadout you are getting kicked.  You gotta bring it to survivie on Gold or else you are wasting everyones time including your own time.
• Annoying players from the previous round who constantly complain about lag, their powers not working their guns not working, "eff this, eff that."  No one wants to hear you whine and moan, go to bed and stop trying to be an internet tough kid, it's past your bedtime.
• More annoying players who decide they are going to moonlight as a crooner and want to sing to us the newest song on the airwaves, or sing stupid crap like "what, what in the butt."  It's ridiculous.  Aren't you funneh.... 
• Instantly kick leechers from the previous game.  
• Players who are constantly getting downed, not helping cap objectives or being generally newbish.  I don't want to carry the team, unless 1 or 2 people drop out of the game and it's on wave 7 or higher, and my remaining teammate is a low level, on bronze diff. then I won't kick, for example.  As it's not really the other players fault.  

That's about it really.

AFKing for more than two or three minutes, normally. Once kicked a vanguard who was trying to play solo. Top scorer, but utterly useless to the rest of us. Wasn't sure the others would go along with it, until he cost us full extraction. Fastest kick I've ever seen.

1: Usually to let a clan member join the lobby, we normally tell the guy why though so they leave before they get the three votes.
2: For twice missing extraction because he was on the other side of the fecking map, dead.

I think that's it. We don't kick for low levels, in fact we dragged a level N7 13 though Reactor Reaper Silver where he only died a few times and was such a laugh over the microphone we all really enjoyed his screams and laughs so now we actually look forward to it!

I've only kicked once and it was because the player never was ready after like 5+ mins. Besides that one time never have since.

I only kick if they take too long to get ready, and I kick N7 rank 1~10 in the gold lobby, but otherwise I don't tend to mind.
