Confess your sins: Why did you kick that random poor soul that wanted to play with YOU?

Also all the N7 >50 low level ppl doing gold. I of course tell them to get to at least 15 or 16 before trying gold.

Vanguard in gold... seriously? Try supporting them next time by being an adept. If you have host human vanguard, + 2 adepts and an infiltrator gold becomes easy and you don't have to sit in a corner playing firebase white geth

Nah, it just isn't worth the trouble having to revive him constantly. Every experience I've had with VG's, they will rush into combat and quickly get themselves killed at which point, someone will have to go revive him before he ragequits. It COULD just be my experience but everytime I put in a vote to kick a VG, the other 2 players somehow always agree.

Like I said if you support the vanguard, by setting up biotic explosions as an adept and work with the vanguard, you will decimate enemies. With two adepts and a vanguard, we've taken down two brutes, and two banshees in probably about 20 seconds. With this set up we usually get ~25 minute gold games. Give vanguards a chance.

I've kicked people for playing power class that equipped more than one weapons.
Ok, I agree if the caster is carrying something like a Revenant I + Claymore I into the fray, However, my casters have been carrying Tempest X + Phalanx X for the last month and still keep their +200% cooldown.

2. For being low level and having a crazy loadout like a claymore and a sniper rifle on a vanguard in a gold game. I would only do this on gold. No reason to boot people on bronze and silver for low level.
3. For doing incredibly stupid things in the prior game ( has to be really bad or repeated offenses).
4. For yelling like an idiot through the entire match or having tv volume so loud it comes through the mic without muting the mic or turning the tv down.
Id rather not boot people but sometimes its needed

Kick for friends to enter or when thy have no mic or don't talk.
We will give s1 with a good class and rating a chance though and many are great
but ffs on xbox how can you not have a mic....really
or get out of the damn party. i wish me3 made you only do game chat
For gold, I can see mic being needed for at least 3 people on the team.
For silver, if one or two people don't have a mic, that's fine. Heck, I've been on silvers, full extraction in under 25 mins, and maybe one person had a mic
For bronze, if you're dealing with 4 complete newb characters, (Mark I Common weapons), then, mics would be VERY useful

Let me confess my sin. ME3 is the first multiplayer I have ever tried. Knew nothing about how to play and didn't know about selecting difficulty level. Random map, random enemy, random level. I must have hit a gold lobby in my first 2 or 3 tries because I was booted in 3 seconds. I was so new I didn't even understand why. Lucky for me I was kicked out because now at N7 level of 460 I still play bronze because unfortunately that is my skill level. Boy would I have been a horrilble drag on gold. Still would be.
Just want you to know that not all newbies think they can play gold. They just don't know any better.
So true and well said - I'm one of those also who firstly joined a gold match without knowing. I still stick at bronze also as thats where my skill level and reactions are.

2. N7 ranking 1. Soldier level 1. In the Silver lobby. Now, I don't claim to be elitist but seriously? Try it out on Silver first, get a few battles under your belt then I'll play. Just play ONE match, please?
3. Taking ages. I have sat there for over 5 minutes waiting for someone before I've cracked and initiated the old boot-out. I have also had people try to kick me out for taking ages (sorry guys, was making a cup of tea

You kicked him for screaming? Not cool bro. For all you know he was being murdered. Congratulations. You kicked a dead guy.

1. AFk in lobby I hate that
2. Being low lvl with low lvl basic weapons in gold( I have played with a lvl 3 inf who had a widow X and he rocked)
3. Being totally useless in a gold match
4. Running 2x heavy weapons on a class that works best with low CD%
5. To make room for my friend
6. Keying up mic while listening to some random music that made my ears bleed.
7. Playing Vanguard when not hosting due to being buggy and advising them to change class.
I have been kicked from a gold lobby for advising 3 players with N7 ranking lower then 20 with basic weapons lvl 1 that gold may a little hard for them saved me having to res them and would have left on my own any way =D
I have been kicked from a gold lobby for not speaking Russian why go public if you want russian speaking player invite friends lol

3 People join - Geth Infiltrator, Krogan Vanguard, Human Soldier (me playing AA).
First thought: "we will never manage to do that...".
Game starts: Giant against geth.
Wave 1.
Human Soldier stands at spawn.
Krogan Vanguard wanders off to somewhere.
Only reasonable guy: The Geth Infiltrator.
1 minute into the wave: Krogan Vanguard meleeing everything in his range.
Flanked immediatly.
Never left a game I hosted so fast.

But the vast majority of times, if a person has crazy loadout or low n7, you are doing them a service by kicking them. I've seen newbies leave game so early because they either get frustrated or realize they shouldn't be playing on that difficulty.

2. The human adept spamming shockwave for an entire gold game, didn't even scrape 25 assists, didn't pull off a single combo and refused to listen to the rest of the team and insisted on bringing a carnifex IV and a hornet V with ultra lightweight materials despite the whole lobby explaining how they were bugged before the game. After we managed to pull through thanks to an awesome geth engie keeping us up with his magical turret, we kicked the adept from the lobby with the force of a thousand suns.

2. vanguard krogan - they have bigger ego than banshee...
3. my black list of players who play in stuipd way - for ex. some krogan tried 3 times to kill banshee in mele and banshee killed him 3 times - why some people dont learn on their mistakes?

2. I have purposely shot a warped target before that a teammate had been setting up because they were using throw on all the shieldless units (primarily ones I had been lining up a shot on)
3. If my team is obviously doing bad I will prioritize who I pick up when everyone is down.
4. There is no question that if everyone goes down wave 4 I will refuse to medi-gel simply because we won't be making it through the whole game.
I am no angel player >_> I do things that have questionable etiquette, but only if the situation dictates that kind of response.

1) they are taking super long to ready up or are
2) obviously new and stumbled into silver/gold by accident (I'm assuming).
I'm not a sensitive multiplayer **** like some others. I don't care if you fight with a spoon as long as you can make it work for your class. I don't care if you have a mic or not. I don't care if you have anger issues. I don't care if you run and hide from that brute or come at him face on. I don't care if you die a lot (I know I've had some bad days).
I (probably unrealistically) try and make it work no matter what. I won't quit a match ever. I wait until the match is over to determine whether I want to continue or not. Then, instead of voting to kick, I either stay or go.

Carnifex is bugged or the lightweight material?
