This is very subjective. I hate the look of the Missile launcher strapped to everyones back in Multiplayer. It always looks out of place, and unless I have white armor on, it doesn't match a damn thing. Plus if you don't have any rockets in your inventory it is still there.
I know the team has more presing issues to work on including; THE ENDING, bugs, etc. But I'm sure it wouldn' be to hard to recolor it black, or something more neutral. Better yet, remove it all toether, scale it down, or make the color customizable.
That is all.
The big white ugly thing on your back: Remove that stupid rocket launcher.

There is a natural color for a science fiction space gun?

that Missile launcher can save your life on wave 10 on gold vs Reapers...
true it could be any other color. *i personally like Black with Red*...but its a lifesaver

I agree. I wish we could make the color customizable like the rest of our armor, and I REALLY wish bioware would let us choose our guns color. If we have the mod unlocked that changes the color, why am I stuck with an ugly blue mattock? why cant I make it that cool gold again? Meh.

White, along with Black, is the most neutral color there is...

Don't care about the color. It's more the fact that it always has the Alliance logo on it that bothers me.
A batarian soldier wouldn't be carrying something with the Alliance brand on it.

It does look pretty ludicrous mounted on a krogan's hump, but other than that I don't really have a problem with it. Some of the guns can be pretty tacky if you don't have your armor matching (like the disciple). So I don't think this is any worse than those.

The point I'm getting at is that it looks out of place, and it sticks out like a sore thumb. Black would blend in with more things better. I don't see how anyone thinks it was aesthetically pleasing.

Looks totally stupid on my Geth whenever I make him anything but White....
Which disappoints me because I wanted a Geth with nothing on it other than Geth weapons. I hate seeing a silly Alliance Rocket on my back!

This basically goes back to the recurring point brought up on the forums: we want true appearance customization for MP, on par with what we can do for Shepard's armor (and potentially face, though that seems like a lot of effort for 30 characters).
Given that we're already getting screwed over with character cards in MP packs, they might as well make our appearance customization options worthwhile.
Weapon color customization is a bit trickier because the mods already affect the color of the weapon; obviously this is not an issue for the rocket launcher.

What about an appearance option for the missile launcher?

I don't recall geth using Alliance rockets beforehand. Why not let them carry their own rocket launchers?

I'm glad it sticks out maybe then people will remember to use it.

Maybe they should hide it completely.
It doesn't really do much for customization since everybody has it, and yet it completely dominates the visuals of your weapon loadout.
Or base it on something like the M-72 LAW. A small, collapsible tube. They could believably make something that only took a quarter of the space that the Cobra does.
It is not an huge issue, but I think it looks silly the way everybody has a white antenna on their back, like they were remote controlled.

Well, they are. You control them. They live or die based on your instructions.Vreki_ wrote...

@Drummernate It's ridiculous that the rockets can even seek to begin with.

He very well might, actually. Seeing as the Hegemony is ruined, the Batarian soldiers are probably being equipped in large part by the Alliance.staindgrey wrote...

You think it looks silly on your turian/batarian/geth/human/salarian/quarian/asari?
Have you SEEN what it looks like on the back of the krogan battlemaster's massive hump? I don't even see how it's attached!
Having said all that, I don't think it matters to me too much. =P

I don't think I've noticed it before, tbh.

Why not replace it with the old ML-77? I know the geth still use the model for it... and it took up almost no space when collapsed.
